    • Using various embodiments, methods and systems for implementing a learning management system to heuristically analyze behavior of a user and customizing personalized training materials have been disclosed. In one embodiment, the user is presented with educational courses structured into at least one knowledge domain or topic. The user selects a course and is provided with lessons associated with the knowledge domain. The user is then given an opportunity to test their knowledge by presenting them with a quiz. Once it is determined that the user does not have a through understanding of the subject matter being tested, supplemental/detailed training material that is heuristically customized for the user is displayed.

A magnitude is calculated for the learning paths, which magnitude is based on the sum of the magnitudes of the learning vectors in each learning path. The magnitudes of the learning paths are compared, and one of the learning paths is selected based on the comparison of the learning paths and provided to a student.

    • The embodiments herein provide a training system and method for user performance skill enhancement based on curricular mapping. The method includes displaying a first level of a first simulation eliciting a response from the user, wherein the first level corresponds to at least one curricular activity in real-world for which the training is desired. Further, the method includes computing a performance data of the user for the first level using the response from the user. Further, the method includes determining a second level based on the computed performance data, wherein the second level is dynamically created based on at least one parameter associated with the user. Furthermore, the method includes presenting the second level to the user, wherein the second level is associated with at least one of the first simulation and a second simulation.

In one embodiment, a transactional data and log data associated with activities performed by each user of a plurality of users may be captured. The transactional data and the log data may be analyzed to retrieve a first set of parameters and a second set of parameters. A profile for each user of the plurality of users may be generated by analyzing the first set of parameters. A complexity index value of each questionnaire of the plurality of questionnaires may be determined by analyzing the second set of parameters. The profile of each user of the plurality of users may be matched with the complexity index value of each questionnaire of the plurality of questionnaires. Based upon the matching, at least one questionnaire from the plurality of questionnaires may be assigned to the user.
