    • Disclosed therein is a beautiful and clear three-dimensional sheet, which includes a lens array formed on one side of a plastic sheet and having a plurality of hemispherical convex lenses arranged in columns and rows and embossed or engraved patterns formed on the other side of the plastic sheet by a plane total reflection angle, so that the uneven patterns appear to be enlarged and glitter like diamonds when they are viewed from the front of the convex lenses to thereby provide an effect that the patterns appear to hang in the air or to be sunken from the surface of the sheet. The three-dimensional sheet includes: a convex lens layer (10) molded of transparent synthetic resin or glass, the convex lens layer (10) having a plurality of hemispherical convex lenses (11) arranged in columns and rows on the upper face thereof; a transparent layer (20) located beneath the convex lens layer (10) for controlling a focal distance of the convex lenses (11); and an uneven pattern layer (30) located beneath the transparent layer (20) and having a pattern arrangement structure that embossed or engraved patterns are arranged at the same angle as convex lenses (11) of the convex lens layer (10), the uneven pattern layer (30) having uneven patterns (31) each having a section with an oblique angle larger than a plane total reflection angle (35) at the point of time that an observer observes the three-dimensional pattern, wherein the convex lens layer (10), the transparent layer (20) and the uneven pattern layer (30) are integrated into one sheet.

    • A rotary display device comprising one or more vertical arrays of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are rotated and energized at a controlled rate so as to project a 360 degree floating image. The displayed images are viewable from all angles (i.e., 360 degrees). The LEDs and associated control electronics are rotated at a desired speed, e.g., between about 720 and about 3600 revolutions per minute, by an AC or DC motor. Display content is either pre-loaded to the rotary display or transferred to the rotary display during device operation via a cellular telephone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. connection. The electrical power for the system, including the LED array and the control electronics, is provided via a contact-less rotary transformer that functions independently of the rotation speed.

    • According to the present invention, a double sided frameless dynamic lenticular display is created by joining two spaced out lenticular panels; an indicia carrier, printed on both sides, installed in between them, while spacing means for maintaining the indicia carrier and the lenticular panels in juxtaposed position are spread over the area of the panels.In a preferred embodiment, one of said lenticular panels is replaced by a simple panel and the indicia carrier is printed on the front side only so as to create a one sided display unit.

    • An apparatus for displaying images from a video projector. The apparatus includes a virtual projector screen assembly with an elongate screen element, such as a rod, that is mounted at one end to a base. The base is adapted for pivoting about its axis, arid a driver mechanism pivots the, base at high frequencies. During operation, the screen element oscillates between two edge positions with images projected from the projector being displayed on a side of the screen element facing or proximate to the projector. The two edge positions can be thought of as intersecting at the base and define a sweep angle (e.g., the angular difference between the two outer travel points of the screen element that is typically less than about 90 degrees). The driver may include a motor with an oscillating output shaft that pivots the base such as with a belt attached to the base.

The pattern comprises a series of visual elements in a first row that have been distorted at least in a first direction.     • A surround-vision display system with a very high visual dynamic range is made possible by distributing a limited number of LED's on the inside of a drum and then spinning that drum around a user. The pixel information for each horizontal position in space is sent to each corresponding LED it visits that position. The LED's are arranged in a grid on a panel tile, and the panel tile is tilted slightly, e.g., at 1.1-degrees. The result is each panel tile presents a continuous vertical stripe in the picture frame as all its LED's are swept by in the drum motion. Several panel tiles stacked vertically inside the drum all contribute to the whole height of the picture frame, e.g., several feet. The entire inside circumference of the drum is populated with the LED panel tiles to keep frame refresh rates up to avoid flicker while keeping drum rotation speeds down to reasonable levels. Thus even though the LED's and drum are moving, the image projected appears to be relatively stationary.
