摘要： The invention relates to an electromechanical swing leaf operator having a door closer (1) with an eccentrically supported pinion (6) that presents a circular rolling curve and meshes with a toothed rack (5) being disposed at a piston (4), whereby a particular execution of the rolling curve and of the teeth (9) of the toothed rack (5) in adaptation to a toothing of the pinion (6) is achieved. With the intention to realize an optimized moving course of the piston (4) in the housing (2) of the door closer (1) an improved execution of the delayed closing operation is provided.

A hydraulic circuit connects a first pressure space on a side of working piston facing away from the spring, and a second working space on a side of the auxiliary piston facing away from the spring. A power and control unit controls the pressure generated in the hydraulic circuit by a motor driven pump based on the position of the working piston, as determined by a position transducer.

It is a so-called servo closer, with which the door is opened with motor support and automatically closes with hydraulic damping under the influence of the closing spring. In order to be able to use even low-powered opener motors and to produce a relatively compact design, provision is made such that during the motorized opening process the pressure of the hydraulic medium is regulated with adjustment to the prevailing force of the closing spring, in which the closing spring that cooperates with the piston abuts the piston at one end and a hydraulic pressure cushion at the other end, with the same hydraulic pressure being set and regulated by a special pressure-regulating valve in the pressure chamber and in the hydraulic pressure cushion.

The power door operator includes an elongate track housing mounted on the door frame and a power screw disposed within the track housing. A drive is provided for powering the rotation of the power screw about the horizontal axis for moving a slider block linearly along the horizontal axis upon its activation. An arm link is pivotally connected at one of its ends to the slider block and pivotally connected at its other end to the door. A control is provided for controlling the operation of the motor for moving the slider block which rotates the door between its closed and open positions.
