摘要： A child resistant blister pack includes a blister layer which includes one or more blister cavities for receiving a product. A frangible retaining layer is attached to the blister layer over the blister cavities to retain the product within the blister cavities. A first backing layer is attached to the retaining layer on a side opposite the blister layer. The first backing layer has one or more lines of weakness aligned with the blister cavities. A second backing layer is attached to the first backing layer on a side opposite the retaining layer. The second backing layer has a plurality of removable sections. At least two removable sections are arranged over each line of weakness in the underlying first backing layer.

A body of the device defines a plurality of first chambers for receiving a medicament, and a plurality of second chambers for receiving a food and/or beverage. A first sealing portion is located between the first and second chambers and is movable between a closed position preventing fluid communication between the chambers, and an open position permitting fluid communication between the first and second chambers for mixing the medicament and the food and/or beverage when ready for use. First and second penetrable and thermally resealable portions are in fluid communication with the first and second chambers, respectively, and are penetrable by an injection member to form an injection aperture therethrough and introduce the medicament or the food and/or beverage through the injection member and into the respective chamber, and are thermally resealable to seal the injection apertures and the medicament or food and/or beverage within the respective chamber by applying energy thereto.

The prescription order includes medications in which a first medication that is different from a second medication. The selected dosing interval is selected from the dosing interval group that includes a morning interval, a noon interval, an afternoon interval, and a bedtime interval. The container receives the sealed preliminary packages for the selected dosing interval. The label is affixed to the container so that the label indicates the selected dosing interval.

Consequently, a retail outlet may sell gum packaging 100 having a user required number of gum dosages by tearing from a main gum packaging 100 a sub gum packaging 100 for purchase, wherein the sub gum packaging 100 has the required number of gum packet portions 200 according to the buyers wishes. Furthermore, a user may purchase a main gum packaging 100 and remove a sub gum packaging 100 having a required dosage for that day or activity, where the sub gum packaging 100 has the required number of gum packet portions 200 according to the selected dosage. This is advantageous because the user only has to carry around the gum required. Moreover, as the gum is consumed and the used gum packet portions 200 torn or otherwise separated from the gum packaging 100, the gum packaging becomes smaller, and therefore more comfortable to carry around.
