Preferably, a polymer primer layer is interposed between the highly reflective coating layer and an asphalt saturated and coated reinforcing substrate to keep oils and other colored components in the asphalt from exuding into the highly reflective coating layer.

摘要： An apparatus for manufacturing a laminated steel sheet by treating surfaces of a base steel sheet so that the adhesive strength between a base steel sheet and lamination sheets is increased. The apparatus comprises an uncoiler for unwinding a coiled base steel sheet followed by a cleaner for cleaning the surfaces of the base steel sheet. The cleaner comprises an acid pickling unit for pickling the surfaces of a hot rolled steel sheet with acid pickling water when the base steel sheet is the hot rolled steel sheet, an alkali cleaning unit for cleaning the surfaces of a galvanized steel sheet with alkali cleaning water when the base steel sheet is the galvanized steel sheet, and a rinsing unit. The acid pickling unit and the alkali cleaning unit are selectively used on the basis of kinds of the base steel sheet supplied from the uncoiler.

摘要： A sound absorbing carpet according to the present invention is characterized in that a sound absorbing nonwoven fabric layer 6 is integrally laminated on a lower surface side of a surface skin material layer 10, and flat cross-sectional fibers are used as at least a part of fibers constituting the sound absorbing nonwoven fabric layer 6. Furthermore, another sound absorbing carpet according to the present invention is characterized in that a sound absorbing nonwoven fabric layer is integrally bonded to a lower surface side of the surface skin material layer via an adhesive film layer made of thermoplastic resin, and a part of fibers constituting the sound absorbing nonwoven fabric layer are constituted by thick fibers of 11 to 220 desitex, and the adhesive film layer is provided with a number of permeable pores formed by being contacted by the thick fibers.

Time delays can be accounted for to reduce the number of times a drive mechanism needs to operate, thereby reducing wear on such componentry. The unit may also form part of a larger release liner application device and adhesive application system.
