    • A mull binder system includes a mull binder that couples a first and second window frame and provides a seal along the grooves. The first window frame has an exterior side, an opposing interior side and at least a first side and a second side extending perpendicular to the exterior side and interior side, the first side including a groove therein. A second window frame has an exterior side, an opposing interior side and a first side and a second side extending perpendicular to the exterior side and interior side, the second side including a groove therein. The mull binder has a first and second arm coupled thereto. Each arm has a plurality of flexible barbs extending therefrom. The barbs on the first arm and second arm are received within the groove of the first window frame and second window frame respectively.

    • The present invention relates to a sliding door latch having a locked and unlocked position for a sliding door having an open and closed position. The sliding door latch includes a handle assembly with a handle and a locking mechanism. The handle is a first position, wherein the locking mechanism is engaged and the sliding door latch is locked, to a second position, wherein the locking mechanism is disengaged and the sliding door latch is unlocked. The locking mechanism may prevent the handle from moving from the second position to the first position when the sliding door is open. The handle is pivotable between the first position and the second position only when the door is closed. Resistance forces may prevent the handle from moving from the second position to the first position when the sliding door is closed without an application of force by a user.

    • A sliding door includes slidable panel. A first weather stripping member is secured to a portion of the slidable panel. A header and a sill each include a track having a length defining a longitudinal axis. At least one of the tracks includes a first ramp and a second ramp spaced from the first ramp along the longitudinal axis. The slidable panel moves along the longitudinal axis from an open position to a closed position. The slidable panel is moved from a lowered position to a raised position on both the first ramp and second ramp as the slidable panel is moved to the closed position. The weather stripping member is engaged against one of either the header or sill when the slidable panel is in the raised and closed position. The weather stripping is disengaged from the header or sill when the slidable panel is the lowered and open position.
