摘要： A flash device for a lens-fitted photo film unit pre-loaded with unexposed photo film is provided. A main capacitor stores charge. A flash emitter emits flash light. A flash circuit board charges the main capacitor, and drives the flash emitter by discharging the main capacitor in response to an exposing operation. A tightly closed flash case is secured to the lens-fitted photo film unit, for containing the main capacitor, the flash emitter and the flash circuit board. Also, the lens-fitted photo film unit includes a sync switch for generating a trigger signal in response to the exposing operation. Two switch contact points are disposed outside the flash case, for receiving the trigger signal from the sync switch. The two switch contact points disable discharge of the main capacitor while the flash case is away from the lens-fitted photo film unit, and are short-circuited for discharge of the main capacitor upon supply of the trigger signal while the flash case is secured to the lens-fitted photo film unit.

In order to achieve the purposes, the present invention provides separate paper for a process comprising a substrate and a separate layer formed in at least one side of the substrate, wherein a surface of the separate layer has polygonal shaped figures which are as a combination thereof a surface view of a repeated hills-and-valleys pattern of the separate layer, and at least one side of each polygon is set so as to be at an acute angle to the direction of applying a synthetic resin paste for forming synthetic leather on the separate layer; the paper wherein a surface of the separate layer has a combination of closed-outline figures which is a view of a repeated hills-and-valleys pattern, wherein a curved-line portion of the closed-outline figure is an out-curved convex curve and crosses the application direction of the synthetic resin paste for forming synthetic leather on the separate layer, and the paper wherein the side faces of the valley part of the pattern on the separate layer are at an angle of 30 degrees or higher to the perpendicular line of the substrate.

摘要： In a method for forming a high aspect ratio structure using copper in an ultra high-speed device, the degree of copper burying is heightened. A high aspect ratio structure, such as a fine connecting hole, is formed in a layer insulating film on a silicon substrate. Then, after a CVD-TiN film is formed to have a thickness of 10 nm on the insulating film, a copper film having a thickness of 1 &mgr;g m is formed. In this case, the highly pure copper film is formed by controlling film-forming conditions so as to set oxygen and sulfur concentrations in the film equal to a fixed level or lower. Thus, during its burying in the connecting hole, the surface diffusibility and fluidity of the copper film heated by means of laser irradiation are facilitated.
