摘要： A silicon carbide based porous material (1) containing silicon carbide particles (2) as an aggregate and metallic silicon (3) as a bonding material and having a number of pores (5) formed by them, characterized in that it has an oxide phase (4) in at least a part of the pore (5), and the oxide phase (4) contains respective oxides of silicon, aluminum and an alkaline earth metal and contains substantially no alkaline earth metal silicate crystal phase; a method for producing the above porous material; and a honeycomb structure comprising the silicon carbide based porous material. The above porous material is capable of effectively inhibiting the corrosion by an acid (especially acetic acid) used in the operation of carrying a catalyst, that is, is improved in the resistance to an acid.

摘要： The silicon carbide-based catalytic body of the present invention comprises: a porous body of given shape comprising a first bonded structure formed by bonding a large number of silicon carbide particles as an aggregate to each other in a state that a large number of fine pores are present, and a catalyst containing an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal, loaded on the porous body, characterized in that the catalyst is loaded via a crystalline coating film comprising an oxide and formed on at least part of the surfaces of the silicon carbide particles forming the first bonded structure. In the catalytic body, the catalyst such as NOx occlusion catalyst or the like, loaded thereon can maintain its activity over a long period.

When creating a transmission file by a terminal device, an identifier is added to the file by a driver and the file is stored in any location within a retrieval range. At the communication device, the user inputs an identifier from an input unit. With the identifier as a retrieval key, a file on a data exchange network is retrieved and the acquired file is transmitted as a transmission file from a communication unit. In this case, the identifier added to the file is deleted and then the file is transmitted. When a plurality of files are retrieved, the files are selected and designated by the user and the selected file is transmitted.

The silicon nitride porous body has a porous structure with a large average pore diameter, a test specimen cut out from the porous body exhibiting a high thermal conductivity and a small thermal expansion coefficient, and can be suitably used in a component for purifying gas and/or solution such as a ceramic filter.
