摘要： Provided is a thermal activation apparatus in which a discharge path of a heat-sensitive adhesive label is not adversely affected by adhesive residue. The thermal activation apparatus includes a discharge roller (5) for completely discharging a heat-sensitive adhesive label with its heat-sensitive adhesive agent layer formed on the back side that is heated by a thermal head from between the thermal head and a platen roller. Grooves (53) are formed along the circumferential direction of the discharge roller 5 at places which correspond to the lateral edges of various kinds of heat-sensitive adhesive labels.

A thermal printer is composed of a roll housing unit which holds a tape-like heat-sensitive adhesive label and a tape-like ordinary label, each of which is wound in a roll shape, such that those labels are exchangeable, a printing unit which prints on the heat-sensitive adhesive label or the ordinary label which is held in the roll housing unit, a cutter unit which cuts the heat-sensitive adhesive label or the ordinary label into pieces with a predetermined length, a thermal activation unit which functions only in a case where the heat-sensitive adhesive label is held in the roll housing unit and thermally activates a heat-sensitive adhesive layer of the heat-sensitive adhesive label, a guide unit which guides the heat-sensitive adhesive label from the cutter unit to the thermal activation unit, a control unit which controls the above-described respective units to operate differently between a case of using the ordinary label and a case of using the heat-sensitive adhesive label, and the like.

摘要： Provided is a thermal activation device including a thermal activation head (11) for thermally activating a heat-sensitive adhesive layer of a sheet material (3) having a printing layer provided on one surface of a sheet-like base material and having the heat-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the other surface thereof, and a platen roller (12) for holding and conveying the sheet material (3), the platen roller (12) being brought into press contact with the thermal activation head (11). Moreover, the thermal activation head (11) thermally activates the heat-sensitive adhesive layer asymmetrically with respect to a centerline in a width direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of the sheet material (3). 摘要： A process for treating and recovering pickling waste liquids used for the pickling of stainless steel such as nitric-hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and, sulfuric acid is disclosed, which comprises recovering the nitric-hydrofluoric acid and the iron oxide or metallic ion from the waste liquids of nitric-hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid by two solvent extraction processes and recovering the Cr and Ni containing ferrite from the waste liquids of sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid by a ferrite formation process. When the waste acid is sulfuric acid, gypsum of a high purity can be obtained.

Also disclosed is a process for forming anti-corrosive coatings, which comprises spray-coating the above anti-corrosive coating composition to a thickness of 300 to 1500 microns by using a spray gun having a spray tip diameter of 0.5 to 3 mm.
