    • An electric distribution box for containing a distribution parts includes a first case, a second case that is attached to the first case, and a female-female terminal that has holding portions for holding and electrically connecting mating terminals. A first recess portion is provided on one of the first and second cases, and receives a part of the female-female terminal. A second recess portion is provided on the other of the first and second cases, and receives a remaining part of the female-female terminal. An inserting hole for inserting one of the mating terminal to contact with the female-female terminal is formed in at least one of the first and second recess portions.

    • A solenoid unit includes a plurality of solenoid valves having respective valve bodies for attachment with a main casing of an automatic transmission and a case equipped with the solenoid valves in a manner that the solenoid valves can be installed in the main casing collectively. In the unit, the wiring for the solenoid valves has been completed in the casing prior to assembling the unit to the automatic transmission unit. With the arrangement mentioned above, if only attaching the solenoid unit to the main casing, it is possible to assemble the valve bodies of the solenoid valves to the main casing with a predetermined arrangement. Further, since the wiring for the solenoid valves has been already completed in the case, it is possible to omit the post-operation, such as soldering.

    • In a waterproof connector housing, an elastic seal ring is integrally formed on an inner side of a hood formed at a front end of a housing body through a first stepped portion, and is retained in position by retaining piece portions. A second stepped portion is formed in the hood at a proximal end, and through holes are formed in the hood. The through holes have a transverse hole extending to a point, disposed generally centrally of a thickness of a peripheral wall of the hood, in parallel relation to a distal end surface of the step portion, and a longitudinal hole extending from the transverse hole in a direction of fitting of the housing to further extend through the first stepped portion to be open to the exterior. The retaining piece portion has a transverse portion and a longitudinal portion which are filled in the through hole. The transverse portion is projected at a distal end portion of the elastic seal ring.
