摘要： A buffer initially preloads a text subtitle stream recorded on a recording medium. The preloaded text subtitle stream includes a dialog style segment defining a group of region styles and a plurality of dialog presentation segments, each of which contains at least one region of dialog text. Each region of dialog text is linked to a selected one of the group of region styles defined in the dialog style segment. The dialog style segment and the plurality of dialog presentation segments are encapsulated in a plurality of PES packets, respectively. A text subtitle decoder decodes and presents each dialog presentation segment according to a continuous presentation flag included in each dialog presentation segment. The continuous presentation flag indicates whether continuous presentation is required for each dialog presentation segment with previous one.

The method for manufacturing the semiconductor device reduces a process time and improves uniformity of the gate oxide film in the high voltage region, by growing the gate oxide film in the high voltage region at a thickness of about 400 Å, and removing a residual nitride film in the cell region by performing an etching process using a BOE solution and an etching process using H3PO4 for 120 seconds and 12 minutes, respectively.

摘要： Provided are an NMOS device, a PMOS device and a SiGe HBT device which are implemented on an SOI substrate and a method of fabricating the same. In manufacturing a Si-based high speed device, a SiGe HBT and a CMOS are mounted on a single SOI substrate. In particular, a source and a drain of the CMOS are formed of SiGe and metal, and thus leakage current is prevented and low power consumption is achieved. Also, heat generation in a chip is suppressed, and a wide operation range may be obtained even at a low voltage.

A tuner circuit selectively tunes to only a radio frequency signal of a specific frequency channel among radio frequency signals received through an antenna.
