    • An injection control system of a flocculating agent comprises: a flocculating pool into which the inflow liquid flocculating agent is injected and which forms flocs of suspended matters in the liquid; flocculating agent injecting means for injecting the flocculating agent into the flocculating pool; floc image pickup means for photographing a state of the flocs in the flocculating pool and for converting luminance data of the flocs into an electric signal; image recognizing means for recognizing the shape of floc by binarizing the image signal derived from the floc image pickup means on the basis of a luminance level of each pixel; flocculation state deciding means for calculating a characteristic amount of a diameter distribution of the flocs on the basis of the floc shapes recognized by the image recognizing means; and injection amount control means for controlling an amount of the flocculating agent which is injected from the flocculating agent injecting means on the basis of the characteristic amount.

    • According to one embodiment, an image processing apparatus connected to a camera device that images a processing target includes: an image information acquisition unit; an accumulation subtraction image information creation unit; a feature amount information creation unit; and an action content identification unit. The image information acquisition unit sequentially acquires, from the camera device, image information formed by imaging the processing target thereby. Based on a temporal change of the image information acquired by the image information acquisition unit, the accumulation subtraction image information creation unit accumulates subtraction information for a predetermined period, which is made by motions of a person present in a room, and creates multivalued accumulation subtraction image information. The feature amount information creation unit creates feature amount information in the accumulation subtraction image information, which is created by the accumulation subtraction image information creation unit, from a region where there is a density gradient in the accumulation subtraction image information. The action content identification unit identifies an action content of the person present in the room from the feature amount information created by the feature amount information creation unit.

    • A sheet hole punching device has a device frame; a plurality of punching members arranged in first and second groups, and arranged linearly on the device frame; a driving rotation shaft; a driving motor reciprocally rotating the driving rotation shaft; a gear mechanism transmitting a rotation of the driving rotation shaft; cam mechanisms converting the rotational movement; and a motor control device. The gearing mechanism includes drive gears disposed on the drive rotational shaft, and receiving gears disposed on the punching members to engage with the drive gears. The cam mechanisms include cam followers and cylindrical cams. The cylindrical cam has a V-shaped groove cam to reciprocate each of the punching members between an upper dead point and a lower dead point. The punching members are rotated in one direction to punch holes in first sheets, and subsequently rotated in a reverse direction to punch holes in following sheets.

The current comfort index value calculation unit calculates a current comfort index value of the person present in the room based on the activity amount. The control parameter calculation unit calculates a control parameter regarding an operation of the air conditioner based on the current comfort index value. The air conditioner control unit controls the operation of the air conditioner based on the control parameter.
