摘要： A rotary sprinkler system for both above-the ground and pop-up rotary sprinkler systems that controls the rate of nozzle rotation is disclosed. To maintain a relatively constant and controlled nozzle rotation, one or more chamfered spokes are included on the turbine of the sprinkler system. This turbine configuration together with a stator assembly that regulates fluid flow to the turbine control nozzle rotation despite variations in fluid flow. In particular, the chamfered spokes counteract the spin of the turbine in direct relation to the amount of water that bypasses the driving blades of the turbine.

摘要： A fluid sprayer system using a modulated hydraulic control valve and a positive displacement pump to control the amount of fluid sprayed by the system. The modulated hydraulic control valve may be controlled using pulse width modulation and may be provided with a substantially constant source of hydraulic fluid. The pulse width modulated hydraulic control valve provides the hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic motor as a controlled flow. The controlled flow serves to control the hydraulic motor that controls a positive displacement pump. The position displacement pump is used to control the amount of fluid sprayed by the system. The control system changes the signal to the control valve so as to mitigate pressure changes otherwise caused by said positive displacement pump.

The display carton has a main body and upper and lower body portions. The display carton substantially entirely contains the implement and allows the display arrangement to be stably maintained on a flat surface. The main body includes a front, rear, and side panels. The front panel includes a pair of display apertures to allow access to the retained implement at the point of sale. The front panel further includes a central panel portion, spaced between the pair of display apertures. Display apertures may be formed, at least in part, by inwardly biasing a retaining panel portion of the front panel toward the rear panel. The retaining panel may include a retaining structure for engaging and stabilizing the contained implement.

摘要： A filament trimmer comprises a lower housing, an upper handle and a single handle tube connecting the two together to form a completed trimmer. The handle tube has approximately the same length as the length of the lower housing, and the upper handle has approximately the same width as the lower housing, to allow the three-part construction of the trimmer to be packaged in a box of minimum size. The upper end of the lower housing has an S-shaped cord channel, with an adjacent open chamber or space next to and below the cord channel, such that the electrical cord passing downwardly into the lower housing from the handle tube will naturally form a downwardly protruding loop that is easily received in the lower housing when the handle tube is pushed down into the lower housing during assembly. Finally, an extension cord lock is provided on the upper handle comprising an opening in the hand grip forming members of the handle that leads into the hand grip space along with an integral hook that is molded in the interior of the hand grip space by being integrally formed on one of the hand grip forming members. A doubled over portion of the extension cord is pushed through the opening and hooked or looped over the hook to comprise the cord lock.

摘要： A U-shaped handle assembly for an outdoor power equipment unit, such as a lawn mower, comprises two, transversely spaced, upwardly extending handle tubes which are pivotally connected to the housing of the unit adjacent their lower ends. A pair of handle retention brackets mounted on the housing of the unit coact with the handle tube lower ends to define a plurality of adjusted positions of the handle assembly on the unit. These positions comprise a first adjusted position in which the handle assembly is locked to define a normal operational position of the handle assembly, a second adjusted position in which the handle is held by a detent to define a storage position extending vertically upwardly from the housing, and a third adjusted potion in which the handle is held by abutment with a shoulder to define an additional storage position in which the handle assembly extends forwardly on the housing. The handle assembly can be released from its first adjusted position by releasing a single locking mechanism between one of the handle tubes and a first handle retention bracket with the other handle tube then being able to cam its way out of its handle retention bracket during forward rotation of the handle assembly.

The blower/vac also includes a blower tube and a vacuum bag collar, each with resilient tabs that engage receptacles on the blower/vac to retain the blower tube and vacuum bag collar on the unit. The housing outlet of the blower/vac includes guides that interact with longitudinal ribs on the blower tube and the vacuum bag collar to reduce unwanted rotational deflection of the blower tube and vacuum bag collar when either is engaged on the housing outlet. The blower/vac includes an improved vacuum tube for use of the blower/vac in the vacuum mode.
