    • A transmission and reception method permits simultaneous use of multiple remote controllers at the same frequency to a single receiver without mutual interference. A transmission period consists of a transmission enabled period for transmitting a transmission signal from a remote controller, and a transmission disabled period for disabling the signal transmission.     • Lock arms on both sides of a connector have locking protuberances which lock into indentations of a mate connector. One side of the each of the lock arms as well as the sides along the indentation have tapered edges. The sides of the connector can be twisted with respect to each other. During twisting the tapered edges engage to raise the locking protuberances out of engagement with the indentations, thereby permitting easy disconnection of the connectors. The result is a connector locking structure which is easily disconnected but which positively resists unintended disconnection.

When the battery plug (1) is pulled out of the cigar lighter socket (111), an operating knob (24) in a grip (22) is moved rearward, by which the slider (25, 31) also slides, causing the return end portion (17b) to slide down the slope (26) and go into the plug housing (2). In consequence, the contact portion (17a) of the leaf-spring contact piece (17) retracts to its inner position of protusion nearer to the opening (19), decreasing the plug retentive force and allowing ease in puking out the battery plug (1) from the cigar lighter socket (111).
