摘要： In a hydostatic rotary pump or motor having a cylinder block with cylinders, pistons are mounted which are provided with slide shoes engaging an eccentric annular actuating guide means so that the pistons are reciprocated. Each piston has a spherical end face in sliding contact with a spherical inner slide shoe face having the same radius and center. Mechanical connecting means mount the slide shoe on the piston for angular movement about the center.

摘要： A piston adapted to carry a cam follower and particularly for use as a ball or roller piston in a hydrostatic pump or motor, comprises a piston body having a seating at one end, an insert of low friction material which is shaped to provide in the seating a bearing for the cam follower, and means for securing the insert to the piston body. The piston body preferably has a recess or aperture communicating with the seating and the insert of low friction material extends into or through the recess or aperture to lock the insert to the piston body. The insert is conveniently made of polytetrafluorethylene, nylon or an acetal material.

摘要： An improved closure apparatus for use with injection molding devices and the like in which a rigid brace pivoted into operative position between a force producing source and a reciprocating working member has a grooved sliding guide portion in which a slide ring is movable. The slide ring is pivotally connected to a piston rod actuable by a stationary hydraulic cylinder. The rigid brace is pivoted through an angle of 90* and means are provided for automatically controlling the actuation of the force producing source in dependency on the position of the rigid brace. The closure device is readily usable with a variety of mold heights.

The piston comprises two identical separate cast metal semicircular pieces which have reentrant projections on one face thereof which engage a hole in the piston rod.
