摘要： The invention relates to a PFBC power plant comprising a bed vessel (12) which is divided into a first section (14) and a second section (16) by a vertical partition (17) which reaches up to the upper wall of the bed vessel (12) so that freeboards (86 and 46, respectively), which are separated from each other, are formed. The first section (14) of the bed vessel (12) forms a gas generator in which a burnable gas is generated. This burnable gas is cleaned in a gas cleaner (90) and is burnt in a secondary combustion chamber (98) and is mixed with the combustion gases from the second section (16) of the bed vessel (12) and raises the temperature of the gas supplied to a gas turbine to an optimum level for the gas turbine.

摘要： Energy is recovered from low calorific value gas by means of a gas turbine. Heat is recovered from the turbine exhaust by indirect heat exchange with water. The resultant hot water is used to saturate the fuel and, optionally, also the combustion air, and/or to aid regeneration of an absorbent used in a wet process to remove carbon dioxide from the gas prior to combustion.Preferably the low calorific value gas is waste gas from a PSA process used to remove impurities in the production of a hydrogen-containing gas stream from a raw gas made by primary/secondary steam reforming a hydrocarbon feedstock at superatmospheric pressure and the turbine drives the secondary reformer air compressor.

摘要： A method of cooling partial oxidation gas entraining finely divided impurities employs nitrogen obtained as a by-product in a low temperature air decomposing plant delivering oxygen into a gasifier where a fuel is partially oxidized at a temperature above slag melting point. Crude gas exiting from the gasifier is quenched by the admixture of nitrogen to a temperature immediately below the fusing of softening point of dust particles entrained in the crude gas. Then the mixture is indirectly cooled in a waste heat boiler and subsequently additionally cooled in a second gas quencher by the admixture of further nitrogen. Nitrogen remains admixed to the gas during subsequent separating and desulphurizing treatment and is also supplied in the combustion chamber of a gas turbine.

摘要： A coal gas supply method converts a carbon carrier in a reactor into a coal gas by the addition of oxygen and feeds the coal gas to fuel consumers. To ensure a continuous fuel supply to the fuel consumers during the coal gasification process, a branch current of the coal gas produced is liquefied and stored. At the same time the oxygen stored in liquid form is drawn from a tank, evaporated and used in the reactor. If there is a breakdown in the coal gasification process, the stored quantity of coal gas is evaporated gradually and fed to the consumers. At the same time, oxygen drawn from an oxygen inlet pipe is liquefied and stored. Instead of coal gas, another fuel gas such as natural gas can also be used.

The turbine includes a shell for enclosing the turbine, an air duct for venting air in said shell to a gasifier, and a fuel injector for injecting gasified fuel into the turbine. The air proportioner comprises a second air duct for venting air from the air duct for mixing with fuel from the gasifier. The air can be directly injected into the gas combustion basket along with the fuel from the injector or premixed with fuel from the gasifier prior to injection by the fuel injector.
