    • A data recording device is provided to record and redistribute stream data such as TV programs without imposing loads proportional to the number of users. Stream data of a distributed program is collated by a recording range judging section 4 with data already recorded of a stream data recording section 6 and, based on results from the collation, only newly distributed data is appended to the stream data recording section. Recording demand information representing a range of stream data of a program that a user makes a request for recording is recorded in a range recording section 5 and a user identifier to identify the user is recorded in a manner to be associated with the above recording demand range information. Stream data only in a range corresponding to the above recording demand range information of the user recorded by the above demand range recording processing is read out by a redistributing section 7 from the stream data recording section 6 and is redistributed to the user.

    • Embodiments may be disclosed herein that provide systems, devices, and methods of processing a program stream, the program stream comprising a video and an audio stream. One such embodiment is a method comprising: initializing an audio reference clock to a value associated with a presentation timestamp for a decodable audio frame which is the first audio frame capable of being decoded in the audio stream; initializing a video reference clock to a value associated with a presentation timestamp for a decodable video frame which is the first video frame capable of being decoded in the video stream; storing audio frames received prior to receipt of the decodable video frame which is the first video frame capable of being decoded in the video stream in an audio frame buffer; starting audio and video reference clocks after a video preroll delay, which is the difference between the first decodable video frame PTS and the value of PCR at the time that PTS is received, has elapsed; decoding the audio stream in accordance with the audio reference clock; and decoding the video stream in accordance with the video reference clock.

    • A real-time video transmission system includes a wireless video input device, a wireless data transmission interface and a computer. The computer includes a virtual camera module, a data management module and an application module. The data management module repeatedly accesses a register. The virtual camera module writes a received real-time video request into the register. When the data management module obtains the real-time video request from the register during accessing of the same, the wireless video input device is driven to film and send back a real-time video stream. The data management module writes the received real-time video stream into the register. When the received real-time video stream is obtained from the register during accessing of the same, the virtual camera module transmits the real-time video stream to the application program module.
