A sash stop is movably coupled with the limiter housing, and the sash stop is movable between engaging and retained positions. A reset is movably coupled with the limiter housing, and the reset is movable into a resetting position. The sash limiter assembly is configured for positioning between a sash limiting configuration and a resetting configuration. In the sash limiting configuration the sash stop is in the engaging position and positioned in a translation path of the sash. In the resetting configuration the sash stop is held in the retained position by the reset in the resetting position. In the retained position the sash stop is out of alignment with the translation path, and in the resetting position the reset is positioned within the translation path.

The system also includes a collection of interior and interior trim units in various architectural styles that can be attached to installed standardized functional units via the common interfaces to match the architecture of a particular home or building. A collection of matching architectural grilles and hardware also are provided, and the trim units, grills, and hardware are all historically and period accurate to represent a wide variety of architectures both past and present. Exterior and interior trim can be built up from a limited number of standard components that can be combined in a large number of ways to create a wide variety of trim profiles.

摘要： An improved packaging clip, packaging system, and method are disclosed for securing windows and doors and holding them square during shipment and installation. In one embodiment for a window unit, a packaging clip comprises a projection that fits into a jamb track channel in a window frame and a base that contacts and rests against the check rail of a window sash. The packaging clip may be fastened to each jamb of the window frame by a screw. A coupling member is pulled taught between the two packaging clips and fasteners are installed to attach the clips to the jambs and to secure the end portions of the coupling member to the clips. This holds the window frame intact and square during shipment and installation and, since the coupling member does not wrap around the outsides of the window frame, it does not interfere with installation of the unit.
