摘要： A fixed sash retainer system for a fenestration unit is disclosed. The retainer system includes a first and a second coupling member. The second coupling member is resiliently flexible between a first position and a second position. The second coupling member is configured to engage the first coupling member when in the first position and to disengage when in the second position. The second coupling member has a key feature configured to cooperate with the one of the sash and the frame to define a key slot. The key slot is configured to receive and engage a key that selectively retains the second coupling member in the second position.

摘要： A mountable cover provides a shade or blind for glass/glazing panels for window structures, doors, walls, elevated windows, and skylights. The mountable cover comprises a mounting frame with a panel composed of a material adapted to block at least a portion of light external to and traversing the window glass, the panel sitting parallel to and covering a portion of the window glass to block the light that has traversed the window glass. At least one fastening mechanism comprises one or more magnets and metal plates having a top wall, bottom wall and side walls. Each of the magnets is located on the mounting frame and is adapted to engage with one of the metal plates, which are mounted on the window. When brought into engagement with the metal plates the magnets and plates operate to mount the mountable cover over the window.

摘要： A device may limit opening of a sash hingedly coupled to a master frame, and includes: a bracket attached to the sash; a first arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the bracket; a second arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the first arm's second end; means for biasing the second arm into a retracted position; and a release assembly. The release assembly is secured to the master frame and includes a hook pivotable between a first position and a second position, which, in the first position, may be releasably received in an opening in the second end of the second arm when the second arm is in the retracted position, as the sash is closed and received within the master window frame. The second arm is disengaged from the hook, permitting full opening of the sash, when the hook is pivoted into the second position.

The frame can include a first attachment arrangement located proximate the main body first end that is configured for attachment to one or more cladding members. In one aspect, the first attachment arrangement includes a first clip member having a first outer portion and a first inner portion that define a first female receiving area and having a first overhang portion extending at least partially across the female receiving area to enable a snap-fit connection between the main body and the cladding member.

The frame of the present invention comprises a plurality of segments, a plurality of outer retaining units and a plurality of inner retaining units.
