    • The present invention provides a welding control apparatus including: a droplet separation detecting unit that detects separation of a droplet from a tip end of welding wire; and a waveform generator that alternately generates a first pulse for separating the droplet and a second pulse for shaping the droplet and outputs the generated pulse to a welding power source, the waveform generator generating a third pulse having a pulse shape different in a pulse peak current and/or a pulse width from the second pulse to output the generated third pulse to the welding pulse source after a base time of the first pulse if separation of the droplet is not detected within a peak period, a falling slope period, or a base period of the first pulse to thereby restore a droplet supply regularity.

    • A semiconductor display device capable of performing clear display of a high definition image, in which flicker, vertical stripes, horizontal stripes, and diagonal stripes are unlikely to be seen by an observer, is provided. An image signal input from the outside to a RAM of a frame conversion portion in a semiconductor display device is written in, and the written in image signal is read out two times, in order.     • A side airbag apparatus for a vehicle has a gas generator with gas ports, an airbag. With gas injected from the gas ports, the airbag is deployed and inflated between a side portion of a body of the vehicle and a passenger seated on a seat provided in a passenger compartment. The airbag has first and second inflation portion. The first inflation portion is deployed and inflated at a position that corresponds to a shoulder of a passenger having a small physical size. The second inflation portion communicates with the first inflation portion. The second inflation portion is deployed and inflated at a position that corresponds to the abdomen of the passenger having a small physical size. The gas ports are arranged such that gas injected from the gas ports is introduced into the first inflation portion before the second inflation portion. The apparatus further includes a thickness limiting portion located between the first inflation portion and the second inflation portion and a tether. When the airbag is deployed and inflated, the thickness limiting portion limits the thickness of the airbag. The tether connects an upper end of the airbag and the thickness limiting portion to each other.
