    • Disclosed herein is a touch screen. The touch screen includes: two sheets of transparent substrates formed to be opposite to each other; transparent electrodes formed on each of the two sheets of transparent substrates and contacting each other when a touch input is applied to sense the change in resistance or voltage; an adhesive layer bonding between the outsides of the two sheets of transparent substrates and having the opening portion formed therein; and a dot spacer formed on the transparent electrode in the opening portion, wherein the transparent electrode formed with the dot spacer includes a radical scavenger. As a result, the present invention provides the touch screen preventing the damage of the transparent electrode due to the ultraviolet rays by using the radical scavenger included in the transparent electrode.

    • Disclosed herein is an apparatus for manufacturing a transparent conductive layer. The apparatus includes a transparent substrate, a longitudinal direction of which is arranged in an X axis direction. Jetting means jets a conductive polymer solution, containing ions, onto a first surface of the transparent substrate in a Y axis direction. A wire is spaced apart from a second surface of the transparent substrate by a predetermined distance and arranged in a Z axis direction. Voltage application means generates electric attractive force between the wire and the conductive polymer solution by applying a potential having polarity opposite to that of the ions to the wire. The apparatus adds ions to the conductive polymer solution, and employs a wire to which a potential having polarity opposite to that of the ions is applied, thus obtaining the advantage that the target substrate can be uniformly coated with the conductive polymer solution.

    • Disclosed herein are an electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding film, a method of manufacturing the same, and a cable including the electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding film. The electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding film includes an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer, in which a plate-like metal flake is formed using a metal powder in the form of a paste or ink, and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer attached to the electromagnetic wave absorbing layer, thus absorbing and shielding electromagnetic wave and reducing noise.For this, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic absorbing and shielding film, in which the method includes forming a plate-like metal flake using a spherical metal alloy by an attrition mill, which operates at a predetermined speed for a predetermined time, with the addition of steel use stainless (SUS) balls or ceramic balls and surfactants, and washing the plate-like metal flake with ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol or water and drying the washed metal flake, the method including: mixing the metal flake powder with resin in a ratio of 30 to 95 wt %:70 to 5 wt % using a mixer and stirring the same to form a metal paste; and coating the metal paste on an electromagnetic wave shielding layer, and a communication cable including the thus formed electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding film.
