摘要： A nuclear medical apparatus for obtaining a distribution of a radioisotope in a subject by administering to a subject a radioactive medicine labeled with a radioisotope, detecting gamma rays given off from the radioisotope in a gamma-ray detecting section and counting the detected gamma rays in a count section. A correcting section is provided to correct for a count taken at the count section, by use of collection efficiency data determined according to the gamma-ray detecting section and an energy the gamma rays possesses.

摘要： An illumination unit for use in an image read apparatus is provided which illuminates a surface of an original document with illumination light, reads an image of the original document by a light receiving element, and adjusts an amount of specular light reflection from the surface of the original document on a light receiving plane of the light receiving element by adjusting at least one of an incident angle of the illumination light and a divergence thereof. It includes a plurality of light source units emitting the illumination light and arranged in a direction so that a direction in which intensity of light emitted from at least one of the light source units closest to a center of the arrangement thereof is to be highest makes a non-perpendicular angle with the direction of arrangement.

The light guide is configured to include a transparent material configured to lead the light beam irradiated from the light source in a specific direction and to emit the light beam. The light guide also includes an incidence plane, an exit plane, and plural connecting planes. The incidence plane is configured to receive the light beam. The exit plane is configured to emit the light beam to so as to irradiate an object. The plural connecting planes are configured to connect the incidence plane to the exit plane. A part of at least one of the plural connecting planes is inclined with respect to an axis of the light beam.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of teaching a moving part to trace a path, the method comprising the steps of determining a curved condition of the teaching path on the basis of a difference between a path length and a straight distance from a first point to a second point on the teaching path and an angle made by the first and second points and a third point, and selectively storing the first, second and third points in accordance with the results of the determination. The first, second and third points are stored as path data in a memory when the difference is greater than a reference length and the angle is smaller than a reference angle. On the other hand, the first and second points are stored therein when the difference is greater than the reference length and the angle is greater than the reference angle.
