    • A seat angle adjustment device includes a ratchet wheel, a stop plate, a locking slipper and a pawl, wherein a first stop position limiting part and a second stop position limiting part are arranged on the stop plate, when the first stop position limiting part is subjected to a rotating torque in a rotational direction, the locking slipper in a locking position circumferentially abuts against the first stop position limiting part; when the rotating torque is higher than a first preset torque value, the pawl in an extended state is driven by the ratchet wheel to rotate until the tooth part on one side of the pawl is completely engaged with the ratchet wheel; and when the rotating torque is higher than a second preset torque value, the second stop position limiting part abuts against the pawl.     • Systems and methods are provided for identifying a video object using digital fingerprints. The digital fingerprints are generated from information extracted from the video object including encoded video. The digital fingerprints can be calculated in a manner that permits identification of both the video object and operational characteristics of the video object based on matching calculated digital fingerprints with known fingerprints of known video objects. Systems and methods are described that allow a DVD to be uniquely identified and identify whether the DVD is original, copied or pirated. Systems and methods are described for computing digital fingerprints from strings of bits in which certain additional data is optionally embedded. Systems and methods are described that permit media players to access known signatures of known video objects maintained on one or more databases and to identify video objects presented for playing on the media player.

The vent holes (42) are separated by ribs (40) spaced in regular circumferential increments about the rotor (24). The rib pattern (40) is divided into two or more sectors (48) of equal angular measure. Within each sector (48), an attenuation region (50) interrupts two or more ribs (40) by replacing the ribs (40) with a cluster of individual pins (54) which may be arranged in radial and circumferential rows. Each attenuation region (50) spans a territory within each sector (48) that is preferably at least 20% and less than 55% of the sector (48) real estate. The rotor (24) completely or at least substantially eliminates vibration modes in objectionable, audible frequencies without adversely affecting the structural integrity, cooling capabilities or functional attributes of the disc brake assembly (22).

    • Systems and methods for editing and selectively encoding video. In general, in one implementation, the method includes generating video segments from portions of one or more video sources, at least one video source being encoded to have interframe dependencies; generating a video sequence from the video segments; scanning the generated video sequence to identify invalid interframe dependencies; and selectively reencoding portions of the generated video sequence to generate an output video sequence having valid interframe dependencies. The method may further comprise generating the output video sequence without reencoding valid portions of the video sequence. Valid portions of the video sequence may comprise portions lacking invalid interframe dependencies or buffer violations.

    • A lens and aperture device for determining 3D information. A projector projects an optical pattern toward a surface. The camera has at least two off-axis apertures thereon, arranged to obtain an image of the projected pattern including defocused information. The camera is movable between different positions to image the surface from said different positions, and the projector is at a specified angle of at least 5° relative to said camera. A processor carries out a first operation using information received through the apertures to determine a pose of said camera, and to determine three dimensional information about the object based on a degree of deformation of said optical pattern on said surface indicative of a three dimensional surface. An embodiment projects a grid of laser dots and uses laser-dot defocusing for approximate Z and thus grid correspondence, which can greatly increase the working depth of the system.
