    • A support assembly has upper, lower and top-most plates. The upper and lower plates each have interior and exterior ends. The plates each have upper and lower surfaces and a plurality of upper, lower and top-most plate holes. Left and right fingers extend downwardly from the upper and lower plates at an angle from the vertical. Two laterally spaced pole-holding tubes are secured to and extend upwardly from the top-most plate. Each tube has an upper end with a short vertical slot for receiving a reel of a fishing rod. A motor mounting board is positioned on and extends upwardly from the upper surface of the lower plate adjacent to the exterior end.

    • An attachment assembly quickly and securely mounts an outboard motor on a boat transom. Side frame members are disposed in a laterally spaced-apart relationship by two interconnected lateral frame members. A laterally extending cam member is rotatably connected to the side frame members and laterally extends the length between the side frame members. A cam rotating mechanism is connected to the cam member to selectively impart its rotational displacement and a lateral inverted-U-shaped transom channel is formed in the side frame members and is disposed adjacent to the cam member. The rotational displacement of the cam member effects an outward displacement of an outer surface of the cam member into the inverted-U-shaped transom channel to compressively engage and secure a transom by the cam member across the entire width of the motor.

    • A suspension system for a seat of a vehicle comprises a base, a linkage, and a seat attached to the base via the linkage. A pneumatic shock absorber provides a respective resistance level against movement of the seat with respect to the base based on a corresponding pressure level of air or gas within the pneumatic shock absorber. A set of cylindrical members are spaced apart beneath the seat. A tension member is arranged to engage the cylindrical members. The tension member is attached to the seat via a bracket. An electric motor is capable of driving one of the cylindrical members. A first sensor is arranged to detect first sensor data associated with an instantaneous position of the seat versus time. A controller generates a first control signal for the electric motor to change a height of the seat in opposition to a change in the instantaneous position of the seat and a second control signal to change the pressure level.

    • An electronic device of the present invention includes a plate-shaped stand member rotatably attached to a back surface of the housing, and a holding member capable of holding the stand member at a predetermined upright support angle with respect to the back surface of the housing, wherein the holding member regulates the rotation of the stand member at a predetermined rotation angle exceeding the upright support angle from a stored position with respect to the housing. With such a configuration, an electronic device such as a portable television can be provided, in which a stand is unlikely to be broken even when the electronic device topples over and a pressing force further is applied thereto.

    • The present invention discloses a device for fixing a rod-like apparatus in the field of mechanics. The existing problems of the device for fixing the rod-like apparatus, such as infirm fixation and low reliability, are addressed by using the device of the invention. The fixing device of the invention includes a body having a cavity in the interior. One or more notches having recessions are provided on the body. The notches have one or more holding pawls which could be opened and closed at the ends thereof. One or more positioning mechanisms are further provided in the body which could lock the holding pawls, in particular, lock the holding pawls when the notches of the body are closed by the holding pawls. The device of the invention could provide the benefits such as firm fixation, high reliability, an orderly and aesthetic appearance and relatively high practical value.
