摘要： A four-speed planetary transmission has three friction clutches which are selectively engageable in pairs or simultaneously to provide a drive connection between the transmission input and the planetary gearing during the four forward speeds. One apply piston selectively engages two of the friction clutches and a second apply piston selectively engages the other friction clutch and one of the two friction clutches. Simultaneous actuation of both apply pistons causes engagement of all three clutches. A one-way clutch is disposed in series drive relation with the friction clutch that is selectively engageable by both apply pistons.

摘要： A power take-off shaft system for an agricultural vehicle includes an output shaft with a socket for a power take-off shaft stub located at one end of the output shaft, wherein the power take-off shaft stub is arranged in the socket. A control valve is arranged in the output shaft and includes a valve bore extending axially from the socket into the output shaft. A first piston is adjustably arranged inside the valve bore in the output shaft, and a shifting element is adjustably controlled by the first piston. A first gearwheel and a second gearwheel are disposed in engagement with the output shaft via the shifting element such that the first piston is adjustable between a first position and a second position. The control valve includes a second piston arranged on the first piston, where the first piston is adjustable into a neutral position by the second piston.

The fluid coupling includes a fluid coupling housing, an impeller drivingly connected to the fluid coupling housing, and a turbine arranged for driving connection to a transmission input shaft. The electric motor includes a nonrotatable stator and a rotatable rotor including a rotor carrier. The first clutch is arranged to drivingly connect the rotor carrier directly to the transmission input shaft. In some example embodiments, the first clutch is a dog clutch. In some example embodiments, the multi-mode hybrid module includes a first clutch actuator. The first clutch has an axially slidable sleeve arranged to selectively rotationally connect the rotor carrier and the transmission input shaft, and the first clutch actuator is arranged to displace the axially slidable sleeve to connect and disconnect the rotor carrier and the transmission input shaft.

摘要： A failsafe multimode clutch assembly is positioned in a powertrain of a rotorcraft. The clutch assembly includes a freewheeling unit having input and output races. The freewheeling unit has a driving mode in which torque applied to the input race is transferred to the output race and an overrunning mode in which torque applied to the output race is not transferred to the input race. A bypass assembly has an engaged position that couples the input and output races of the freewheeling unit. An actuator assembly must be energized to shift the bypass assembly from the engaged position to a disengaged position. In the disengaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit is enabled such that the clutch assembly is configured for unidirectional torque transfer. In the engaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit is disabled such that the clutch assembly is configured for bidirectional torque transfer.
