The apparatus comprises a standoff member disposed through a through hole of the first device; a clamp member having a clamp portion for clamping the standoff member; a sleeve member having a hollow body and enclosing the clamp member, wherein the clamp member is compressed in the hollow body; a resilient member wrapping around the sleeve member; a rotatable cam member pivotly coupled to the clamp member; and a cap member arranged between the rotatable cam member and the resilient member, wherein the rotatable cam member is rotated to a first location to compress the resilient member for causing a first preload force exerted on the second device.

摘要： A one-piece cable tie includes a locking head and an attached strap, the locking head being adapted to receive and selectively engage a portion of the strap when the tie is formed into a closed loop. The cable tie additionally includes a fastener formed onto the locking head that is designed for connection with the electrical connector for an oxygen sensor for an automotive emissions control system. The fastener includes a flattened platform that is spaced away from the top surface of the locking head by an inverted T-shaped standoff, the flattened platform being sized and shaped to be slidably disposed within a corresponding slot formed in the electrical connector. A ratchet tooth is formed onto the flat top surface of the platform and is shaped to engage the electrical connector in order to retain the fastener secured within the slot in the electrical connector.

It is thus obtained that the goods loaded on the pallet may be securely covered and held in place on the pallet; the pallet becoming relatively easy to handle.

A pin-side engagement portion and a main-body-side engagement portion are provided between the pin member 40 and the base portion 21 of the main body 20 for holding the pin member 40 in a predetermined pushed-in position when the pin member 40 is inserted into the base portion 21.

In one embodiment, a identification assembly for a patient includes a band with first and second opposite ends and first and second opposite edges and a width measured between the first and second edges. The identification assembly also includes a clasp secured to the band. The clasp has a first section having an inside surface and an outside surface; a second section having an inside surface and an outside surface, the inside surface of the second section facing the inside surface of the first section; and a protrusion extending from one of the first or the second section to engage the other of the first or the second section to secure the first and second sections together in a closed position. The outside surface of one of the first or the second section comprises a symbol on the outside surface to provide information about the patient. The clasp is color-coded to provide information about the patient.

摘要： A connection device for fastening two expanded cellular confinement structures includes an insertion member having first and second opposite insertion ends and an insertion member extension therebetween. An integral shank extends from the insertion member extension and is spaces from each of the first and second insertion ends. A handle member extends generally from the shank at an end of the shank that is remote from the insertion member. The handle member has first and second handle ends and a handle member extension therebetween. The shank is spaced from each of the first and second handle ends. A cellular confinement system includes first and second unitary webs of cells made from elongated plastic strips bonded together in spaced apart areas. The strips form walls of the cells and at least some of the cells define open slots. At least one open slot of a first unitary web of cells is aligned with at least one open slot of a second unitary web of cells to result in a cell overlap region. The cell overlap region has opposite first and second sides. At least one connection device fastens the first unitary web of cells and the second unitary web of cells together. A method of fastening two expanded cellular confinement structures includes aligning two expanded cellular confinement structures so that at least one open slot defined by a first unitary web of cells is aligned with at least one open slot defined by a second unitary web of cells to form an overlap region having first and second sides; inserting an insertion member of a connection device from the second side of the overlap region through the aligned open slots of the overlap region to provide: the insertion member on the first side of the overlap region; a handle member of the connection device on the second side of the overlap region; and a shank member between the insert member and the handle member extending through the overlap region.

摘要： An electronic assembly includes a printed circuit board mounted with an electronic component, a heat sink, and a clip securing the heat sink on the printed circuit board to enable the heat sink to have an intimate contact with the electronic component. The printed circuit board forms two engaging portions each defining a receiving hole therein. The heat sink includes a base and a plurality of fins. The clip includes a pressing member pressing the heat sink to the electronic component, two V-shaped operating members extending slantwise from ends of the pressing member, and two clasps extending outwardly from ends of the operating members. Height of each of the clasps is larger than that of each of the receiving holes of the engaging portions. The clasps of the clip lock with the engaging portions by manipulating the operating members.
