摘要： A generator-motor apparatus (100) includes a control circuit (20), an alternator (50), electrode plates (83, 84), and switching devices (SW1 to SW6). The electrodes plates (83, 5 84) have a substantial horseshoe shape, and are provided on an end surface of the alternator (50) so as to surround a rotating shaft (50A) of the alternator (50). Each of the switching devices (SW1 to SW6) is formed by sandwiching a MOS transistor between two electrodes, and has a can structure for sealing the internal space of the switching device using a resin. The switching devices (SW1, SW3, SW5) are directly attached to the electrode plate (83) by means of soldering, and the switching devices (SW2, SW4, SW6) are directly attached to the electrode plate (84) by means of soldering. The control circuit (2% controls the switching devices (SW1 to SW6). The switching devices (SW1 to SW6) drive the alternator (50) as an electric motor or an electric power generator.

The stand-alone circulator motor is controllable by input from certain sensors, preferably thermal sensors, which provide data enabling the controller of the brushless pump motor to vary its flow output to meet changes in systems loads. 摘要： A cooling system includes: a coolant circuit through which a coolant for cooling an electric motor and electrical equipment circulates; a pump that feeds the coolant; and a degas tank that separates the bubbles from the coolant. The coolant circuit connects the devices in series. The degas tank is disposed at an upper stage, a first device as at least one of the electric motor, the electrical equipment, and the pump is disposed at a lower stage, and a remaining second device is disposed at a position that is above the lower stage and is as high as the degas tank or lower than the degas tank. The coolant circuit connects the degas tank, the second device, and the first device in this order, and the coolant flows in this order.

Even when the number of leads drawn out is reduced, standardization of the rear bracket is carried out by the through hole (3a) of the rear bracket being sealed by the stopper portion.

The first printed circuit board may include a MOSFET rectifier and may take the form of a ceramic printed circuit board with the second board being an FR-4 board. The electric machine may be advantageously employed as an alternator for a vehicle.
