    • According to the invention, an elastic sealing foil for an inside door panel of a motor vehicle door is formed to provide a receiving device which can be changed from a manufactured position into an installed position. In the manufactured position, the receiving device is composed of two formed-out portions which are arranged above one another, have a cross-section with an approximately U-shaped profile and extend in the opposite directions. These formed-out portions are connected to one another by way of a common wall section. In the installed position, the receiving device projects through an opening of the inside door panel, and downward into the hollow space of the door body, and envelopes an audio or accessory part inserted into the receiving device, providing a water-tight seal with respect to the hollow space of the door body. The receiving device can be displaced from its manufactured position into its installed position by applying an outwardly and downwardly directed force to the lower formed-out portion.

    • A truck rear window includes a first window plate and second window plate, each including a window plate opening to pivotally mount at least one speaker housing therewithin. The speaker housing includes a speaker therewithin and is pivotally arranged to permit projection of sound to an interior passenger compartment of a truck cab or rearwardly relative to the truck bed to project music exteriorly of the truck cab. The speaker housings each include diametrically aligned axles directed into respective window plates of the truck window and a frictional perimeter covering to effect weather strip sealing, as well as frictional engagement relative to the window opening of each respective speaker. The truck window may include a central plate arranged for disengagement relative to the first and second window plates to permit ventilation through the truck cab.

    • A speaker grille is arranged to have screw seats projected toward a mount opening in a rear parcel tray of a vehicle, and a skirt portion for contacting a surface of the rear parcel tray at a predetermined distance spaced from the mount opening. A holder plate has a fitting projection portion for fitting in the mount opening, a flange portion projecting from the fitting projection portion to be substantially wider than the mount openings so that the flange portion will abut and support a lower surface of the rear parcel tray. The holder plate is screwed to the speaker grille such that the rear parcel tray is clamped between, and supported by, the skirt portion and flange portion.

    • A speaker is installed on a door panel of an automobile by utilizing a supporting unit including a base and a substantially disc-shaped spacer. The base is attached to the door panel and has a bottom surface inclined with respect to the door panel. The speaker is secured to the inclined bottom surface of the base by an attachment screw, between which the spacer is interposed. The spacer has an inclined surface adapted to be in contact with the inclined bottom surface of the base. The spacer is provided with a half-round groove through which a screw extends to secure the spacer to the base at a desired position relative to the latter within an range of 180.degree. rotation. The inclination of the base is amplified or counterbalanced by the inclination of the spacer in dependence with relative position therebetween to vary the orientation of the speaker supported on the opposite surface of the spacer.
