The mixing capsule contains a mixing space and a chamber to receive a foil sachet containing a liquid component. The chamber is delimited by two walls, one of which can be moved towards the other to activate the capsule, that is to empty the foil sachet in the mixing space. This takes place according to the invention by means of a first striking body, which as a result of mixing vibration is accelerated against the chamber wall.

摘要： A container for preparing a substance mixed from components which are inilly separated comprises two chambers (54, 56) separated from each other by a partitioning structure (52). One chamber (54) holds a liquid component and is closed by a sheet (53) of plastics material, and the other chamber (56) holds a powdery component and forms a mixing chamber. An actuating member (58) is movably disposed within the partitioning structure (52). The actuating member (58) includes a seal (64, 66) which is locked in the rest and storage position of the container and is released when the actuating member is moved into its actuated position in which the sheet (53) is perforated. In the actuated position, the seal (64, 66) functions as a valve to permit the liquid component to enter the mixing chamber (56) while preventing parts of the mixture or components thereof from flowing back from the mixing chamber (56) into the first chamber (54).

摘要： The invention relates to a device for preparing and dispensing a solution. A bottle containing a substance to be disolved is closed by a disc-shaped base having a rigid rod thereon and a deformable head. A tube of solvent is closed by an apertured slidable piston. Mixing is effected by placing the piston against the rigid rod and applying axial pressure which dispenses the solvent from the tube, through a capillary channel in the rod and into the bottle. Slots in the rod are revealed during this operation to allow the air to escape from the bottle. The deformable head also serves to pressurize the bottle to permit dispensing therefrom.

The use of one or more cartridges for the gas source and/or beverage medium may make for an easy to use and mess-free system for making sparkling beverages, e.g., in the consumer's home.
