    • The invention provides a method for updating a user profile on a server (2) based on user content items on a client (1), the server (2) being able to communicate with the client (1) via a communication network (3), comprising the following steps: a) for each of at least a part of said user content items on the client (1), providing characteristic information suitable to identify a respective user content item; b) transferring the characteristic information of the user content items from the client (1) to the server (2); c) comparing the characteristic information of the user content items with characteristic information suitable to identify the server content items; and d) updating the user profile on the server (2) based on the comparison carried out in c).

    • The present invention discloses an apparatus for automatic extraction of important events in audio signals comprising: signal input means for supplying audio signals; audio signal fragmenting means for partitioning audio signals supplied by the signal input means into audio fragments of a predetermined length and for allocating a sequence of one or more audio fragments to a respective audio window; feature extracting means for analyzing acoustic characteristics of the audio signals comprised in the audio fragments and for analyzing acoustic characteristics of the audio signals comprised in the audio windows; and important event extraction means for extracting important events in audio signals supplied by the audio signal fragmenting means based on predetermined important event classifying rules depending on acoustic characteristics of the audio signals comprised in the audio fragments and on acoustic characteristics of the audio signals comprised in the audio windows, wherein each important event extracted by the important event extraction means comprises a discrete sequence of cohesive audio fragments corresponding to an important event included in the audio signals.

    • The invention relates to an auto-injector for administering a dose of a liquid medicament, comprising: an elongate tubular case, a carrier subassembly comprising a tubular carrier slidably arranged inside the case, the carrier adapted to contain a syringe with a hollow injection needle, a drive spring and a plunger for forwarding load of the drive spring to a stopper of the syringe, wherein the syringe is lockable for joint axial translation with the carrier, wherein the drive spring acts between the carrier and the plunger, wherein the plunger in an initial state is locked to the carrier by a ramped engagement to the carrier and by being prevented from rotating out of this ramped engagement depending on a relative longitudinal position of the carrier in the case, wherein the plunger is arranged to be released for rotating out of the ramped engagement upon the needle reaching at least nearly a predefined injection depth on translation of the carrier in the proximal direction for advancing the needle beyond a proximal end of the auto-injector.
