    • A heat exchanger includes left and right header tanks disposed in parallel; top and bottom side plates that couple respectively both ends of the pair of the header tanks; a first plurality of tubes connected between the pair of the header tanks at both ends that are disposed in a region nearer the bottom side plate as a condenser; and a second plurality of tubes that are disposed in a region nearer the top side plate as an oil cooler. Each tube in the second tubes has a cross-sectional shape identical to that of each tube in the first tubes and the top side plate is formed to have a squared U-shaped cross section so that a return pipe communicating with the second tubes can be disposed along a groove having the squared U-shaped cross section of the top side plate.

    • A speech-duration detector includes a starting-end detecting unit that detects a starting end of a first duration where the characteristic exceeds a threshold value as a starting end of a speech-duration, when the first duration continues for a first time length; a trailing-end-candidate detecting unit that detects a starting end of a second duration where the characteristic is lower than the threshold value as a candidate point for a trailing end of speech, when the second duration continues for a second time length; and a trailing-end-candidate determining unit that determines the candidate point as a trailing end of the speech-duration, when the second duration where the characteristic exceeds the threshold value does not continue for the first time length while a third time length elapses from measurement at the candidate point.

    • A ground-fault detecting device includes a power source which is electrically insulated from a vehicle body, a pulse signal generator which generates a pulse signal having a high level and a low level which appear repeatedly in a prescribed cycle, a detection resistor which is connected to the pulse signal generator and the power source, a coupling capacitor which is connected to the detecting resistor in series, an integrator which integrates a difference between a first reference voltage and a detection voltage of the pulse signal at a connecting point of the detection resistor and the coupling capacitor over an integration interval, and a ground-fault determinant which judges whether a ground fault has occurred on the basis of an output of the integrator. The integration interval is at least part of a high-level interval and a low-level interval of the pulse signal.
