摘要： A multi-modality medical image display system, having a storage device that stores image attributes indicating attributes of an image, and information indicating a plurality of display layouts, each combination set in accordance with at least one of a first or second modality type, and corresponding to one of the plurality of display layouts. The system further includes a unit configured to select a combination of image attributes for the requested medical image information based on incidental information that is assigned to the requested medical image information. The system further includes a unit configured to compare the combination of image attributes of the requested medical image information with the combination of the image attributes and, based on the comparison, and to search the storage device and obtain therefrom one of the plurality of display layouts that corresponds with the combination of image attributes of the requested medical image information.

摘要： According to embodiments, a diagnostic report search supporting apparatus and a diagnostic report searching apparatus each have a report registering part, a structuring processing part, a related-term analyzing part, a counting part, and a keyword extracting part. The structuring processing part extracts terms from a sentence written in a diagnostic report, and classifies the terms into predetermined kinds. The related-term analyzing part generates combinations each composed of two or more terms based on the plurality of terms having been extracted. The counting part counts the existence number of same combinations in the plurality of combinations, and extracts combinations whose existence numbers are a predetermined number or more. The keyword extracting part extracts a combination including a desired keyword, and extracts a term other than the desired keyword as a related keyword.

摘要： A medical image retrieval system includes an image database which stores medical images. An interpretation unit acquires a currently diagnosed image for use in performing interpretation of one of the medical images and provides the currently diagnosed image to a computer terminal. An image requesting unit issues an image request associated with the currently diagnosed image. An image retrieval unit retrieves a reference image from the image database in accordance with the image request and provides the reference image to the computer terminal in order to propose the reference image as references for diagnosis. An evaluation input unit prompts to input an evaluation indicating whether the reference image has been helpful for diagnosis based on the currently diagnosed image.
