摘要： The invention relates to a method for 3D visualization of vascular inserts in the human body using C-arm radiography comprising: firstly recording a contrast-agent-free vessel system having a vascular insert of two series x-ray recordings with different angulations, secondly contrast-agent-based recording the same vessel system of two series x-ray recordings, processing the first two series recordings for improving image quality of the image data sets containing the insert representation, matching the vessel anatomy from the second two series recordings to the insert representation contained in the processed first two series recordings by 2D matching, computing a 3D data set of a region around the insert enclosing the insert as completely as possible based on the processed first two series recordings, computing a 3D data set of the vessel system based on the second two series recordings, and superimposing the two computed 3D data sets based on the 2D matching.

摘要： Different intracardiac echocardiography volumes are stitched together. Different volumes of a patient are scanned with ICE. To stitch the volumes together, creating a larger volume, the volumes are spatially aligned. The alignment is based on feature, surface, or both feature and surface matching of the ICE volumes with a preoperative model of the same patient. The matching with the model indicates a relative position of the ICE volumes with each other. Using machine-trained classifiers may speed performance, allowing for real-time assembling of a volume from ICE data as the catheter is moved within the patient.

An x-ray device serves to generate three dimensional ambient images of a patient. 摘要： In a method for implanting a cardiac implant, a 3D CT dataset of a cardiac region of interest at which an implant is to be implanted, is displayed and the implantation procedure is planned, which includes the physician electronically marking a best implantation site in the displayed image. This marking is then included in the 3D CT dataset. A 3D ultrasound dataset of the region of interest is acquired, and is brought into registration with the 3D CT dataset that incorporates the marking, and a fused image is produced therefrom. The fused image is displayed during the implantation procedure, and is updated with multiple real-time 2D ultrasound images obtained using the catheter that is employed to deliver the implant to the implantation site.
