摘要： A novel processing method provides a separator or electrode film demonstrating good physical properties and excellent conductive properties. Specifically, a binder of a suitable polymer, such as a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVdF) homopolymer, and a filler material such as silica or alumina are homogenized, such as by ball milling, to form a mixture free of solvents or plasticizers. An appropriate plasticizer, such as dimethyl adipate, is mixed into the binder and filler materials, and the resulting material is formed into a sheet. The sheet is hot pressed or melt processed at a temperature greater than the softening point but less than the melting point of the polymer mix. Electrode films can also be made using the method herein.

According to the application, the microfluidic channels exit the needle portion at the sidewalls of the needle portion. The needle may be fabricated by ALD-assisted silicon micromachining. The needle can be used for injection and/or sampling fluids to/from tissue or individual cells.

摘要： A wavelength selector (5) selects a wavelength of a broadband light source (4). A light director (BS1, BS2) directs light from the wavelength selector along a measurement path towards a region of a sample surface and along a reference path towards a reference surface, such that light reflected by the region of the sample surface and light reflected by the reference surface interfere to produce an interferogram. A controller (20) controls the wavelength selector to change the wavelength selected by the wavelength selector. A recorder (63) records successive images, each image representing the interferogram produced by a respective one of the wavelengths selected by the wavelength selector. A data processor (18, 180) processes the recorded images to produce at least one of a surface profile and a surface height map of at least a part of the sample surface. The reference path may be controlled to compensate for environmental effects such as vibration, thermal effects and air turbulence. The data processor may use a graphics processing unit to enable pixel data to be processed in parallel.

By setting a vertically polarized antenna and a horizontally polarized antenna each in co-axial, the horizontally polarized antenna is attached to an upper surface and a lower surface of the attaching plate respectively by two arms of a folded dipole and the two arms connect to an inner conductor and an outer conductor of a feed line so that the dual-polarized antenna may have a comparatively broad bandwidth. At the same time, since the dual-polarized ceiling antenna has a good isolation effect and coverage balance, it may work as the MIMO antenna in the LTE and WLAN systems effectively and may be used in the 2G and 3G networks to improve the data transmission rate.
