    • A developing device comprises a stirring roller 7 having stirring blades 7a for stirring a developer, a developing roller 3 for transferring the developer to an electrostatic latent image, a control member 4 for controlling the amount of developer transferred from the developing roller 3 to the electrostatic latent image, a reflux plate 6 by which the excess developer resulting from control by the control member 4 is flowed back to the stirring roller 7, one end portion of the reflux plate 6 being disposed in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the stirring roller 7, part of the developer stirred by the stirring roller 7 flying toward the reflux plate 6, wherein said one end portion of the reflux plate 6 is disposed at a position remote from the stirring roller 7 over a distance greater then the maximum fly distance of the developer provided by rotation of the stirring roller 7.

    • A toner cartridge having toner agitating and mixing properties. The structure insures image quality without increasing in complexity of the structure as well as capable of being compacted. A used toner recycling opening for dropping used toner by gravity is formed in an upper wall of a cartridge main body storing fresh toner. A toner agitator and a toner supply device with an opening for supplying mixed toner to a developing apparatus are arranged within the cartridge main body. The toner can be sufficiently mixed and agitated on a cartridge main body side without depending on a developing apparatus side, and the toner cartridge is prevented from being large-sized. In particular, since the used toner drops by gravity, a taking-in structure of this used toner is simplified, and a mixing work of the used toner with fresh toner is made irrespective of a moving direction of the toner agitator. Also, there are two film sealing members for sealing the used toner recycling and toner supply openings.

    • To provide a front wheel and rear wheel interlocking brake system having a simple structure, which is capable of automatically performing brake control of the front and rear wheels on the basis of the running state of the motorcycle. A front wheel and rear wheel interlocking brake system is provided for a motorcycle in which a front wheel brake and a rear wheel brake, each being hydraulically operated, are provided on a front wheel and a rear wheel, respectively. The brake system includes a front wheel side actuator for applying a hydraulic pressure to the front wheel brake. A rear wheel side actuator is provided for applying a hydraulic pressure to the rear wheel brake. At least one operating member is operated by a driver. An operated amount detecting member is provided for detecting the operated amounts of each brake operating member. A control member is provided for receiving and calculating each of operated amounts detected by each operated amount detecting member. An outputting drive control signals to the front wheel side actuator and the rear wheel side actuator on the basis of the calculated result. In this brake system, the control member performs brake control for single brake control for singly driving either the front wheel brake or the rear wheel brake and interlocking brake control for driving the front and rear wheel brakes in accordance with a specific braking force distribution characteristic, and causes control to switch between single brake control and interlocking brake control on the basis of the operated amounts detected by the first and second pressure sensors.

    • A developing device having a reduced size in the horizontal direction and in which a developing agent is transported with stirring along a circulating route inside a developing tank to effectively mix newly added toner therewith and stir the mixture. A developing tank for storing developing agent therein is horizontally divided with a partition member thereby providing an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A developer roller and a stirring roller are disposed in the lower chamber. Two screw rollers are disposed in the upper chamber. An inlet opening is formed between an end of the partition member and a regulating member for restricting a layer if the developing agent adsorbed to the developing roller. A developing agent removed by the restricting member is fed through an inlet opening to the screw rollers in the upper chamber. The developing agent is mixed with fresh toner supplied through a supply inlet and transported with being stirred by the screw roller in its axial direction. Then, the developing agent is transferred to the screw roller disposed parallel to the screw roller and it is further transported and returned to the stirring roller in the lower chamber through a return port provided opposite to the screw roller. The compact construction of the developing device is realized by arranging screw rollers for stirring and transporting toner in the upper chamber.
