摘要： A semiconductor device and method of fabricating the same, which forms a contact hole, a via hole or a via contact hole with multiple profiles with various taper angles. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a thin film transistor formed on the substrate and having a semiconductor layer, a gate insulating layer, a gate electrode, and an interlayer dielectric, and a contact hole penetrating the gate insulating layer and the interlayer dielectric and exposing a portion of the semiconductor layer. The contact hole has a multiple profile in which an upper portion of the contact hole has a wet etch profile and a lower portion of the contact hole has at least one of the wet etch profile and a dry etch profile.

The passivation layer may alternatively have a plurality of contact holes that expose the pad electrode. In this case, the reflective layer pattern is arranged on the passivation layer and the pad electrode, and it exposes portions of the pad electrode in the contact holes. Furthermore, the transparent electrode would be arranged on the reflective layer pattern and the exposed portions of the pad electrode.

The apparatus includes a pre-distorter for previously distorting a sound signal to compensate for distortion to be caused by a frequency characteristic of the nonlinear medium in a transmission process of the sound signal, a sigma-delta modulator for modulating the pre-distorted sound signal into a signal having two signal levels, a high-frequency modulator for multiplying the modulated signal by a carrier wave having a higher frequency than an audio frequency band to shift the modulated signal to a carrier frequency band and generate a high-frequency modulated signal, and a transmitter for converting the high-frequency modulated signal into a sound wave signal suited to be transmitted through the nonlinear medium and transmitting the sound wave signal.

The frit sealing system, adhering the first substrate and the second substrate by using the frit, includes: a bed member on which the first substrate is placed; a laser irradiation member irradiating a laser to the frit between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a pressure member disposed on an upper part of the first substrate and the second substrate irradiated with the laser and adhered, thereby pressurizing the first substrate and the second substrate irradiated with the laser and adhered.

摘要： A communications device using a near field includes: a near field signal providing unit providing one of a baseband signal and a signal obtained by applying digital modulation to the baseband signal, as a near field signal; an interface unit transmitting and receiving the provided near field signal; and a controller controlling the near field signal providing unit and the interface unit. A low data transfer rate of the related art near field communications can be overcome. Namely, various services can be provided by using a high data transfer rate. In addition, power supply and communications can be simultaneously provided effectively by sharing an interface of an electrical coupling and a magnetic coupling.
