摘要： An electrical connector comprises an insulating housing defining a receiving space with an inserting port, a pair of guiding slot on two lateral sides of the receiving space and a plurality of first and second contact receiving channels, and a plurality of signal and power contacts respectively received in the first and the second contact receiving channels. The insulating housing has at least one protruding portion in front of the second contact receiving channel, a distance between the protruding portion and an opposed face of the insulating housing is narrow than a dimension of the guiding slot in a vertical direction to prevent a guiding post of a complementary connector from inserting into the second channel by mistake.

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulative housing having base section and a mating port forwardly projecting from the base section, a number of terminals loaded in the insulative housing and each having a contact section disposed in the mating port and a shell provided with a frame section surrounding the mating port and a plate section attached to the base section. The plate section is formed with a pair of ears at opposite longitudinal ends of the base section. The electrical connector further includes a pair of locking blocks disposed at opposite longitudinal ends of the base section. Each locking block is formed with a mounting section rooted onto the base section and a forwardly extending hook beside the mating port. The ears of the plate section are securely sandwiched between the mounting sections of the locking blocks and the base section, respectively.

摘要： A method of improving the CAS (customer premises equipment alert signal) tone signal detection of a telephone which uses a CAS tone signal detection chip or data signal processor in the telephone to detect a small segment of the CAS tone signal received from the exchange line and to trigger a CPU in producing an interruption signal, causing the telephone to mute the voice signal from the near end subscriber and to detect and judge the time series of the left CAS tone signal, and uses a voice signal detection circuit to monitor the voice signal from the far end subscriber, so that the telephone accurately measures the length of the CAS tone signal when no voice signal from the far end subscriber or the near end subscriber is detected, and judges, subject to the definition of a predetermined CAS tone signal length specification, whether the CAS tone signal is true or false.
