    • A non-destructive form bracket assembly and method of using the same is provided including a bracket having a vertical supporting side and horizontal supporting side for maintaining a form vertically upright; an attachment device having a first and second foundation attachment portion. The attachment device is adapted for engaging a portion of said bracket for non-destructively affixing the bracket to a foundation. Adhesive is affixed to bottom surfaces of the first and second foundation attachment portions for adhering the attachment to the foundation. Additionally, a non-destructive form assembly utilized in tilt-up construction for a double-side pour process is provided comprising a form and a plurality of U-shaped single rail brackets installed on a bottom edge of the form in spaced intervals with pre-applied adhesive on the bottom of the brackets.

    • A skyrise window panel installation assembly including an heavy duty cable structured to extend down a side of a skyrise and be securely anchored at a point above an installation location. The assembly further includes a winch assembly having a rigid and strong drive frame at which the cable is received and securely engaged for secure guided, driven interconnection, selectively up and down a length of the cable, thereby providing for the effective positioning of the winch assembly in a desired position relative to the window panel installation location. Secured to the drive frame is a primary operator chair wherein a primary operator sits in confronting relation to the side of the skyrise in order to effectively and precisely position the winch assembly in the desired position. Extending from the drive frame is a connection bracket, to which a suction assembly is secured. The suction assembly includes a mount frame and is disposed in a generally vertically disposed orientation along the side of the skyrise. Moreover, secured to the mount frame is at least one suction grip which is capable of securely, yet selectively engaging a face of the window panel so as to retain it in a generally vertically disposed orientation along the side of the skyrise. So as to facilitate positioning of the window panel into the installation location, the installation assembly further includes a secondary operator support whereon a secondary operator is maneuverably and adjustably positioned.

    • Steel frame posts are uprightly secured by an apparatus having a stable, wide access platform with X-Y adjusters for adjusting the position of the steel frame posts while the posts are temporarily supported. The access platform has wheels to travel by itself along a pair of rails. The X-Y adjusters are disposed at an edge of the access platform and are composed of a longitudinal slide and a transverse slide, which are provided on a fixed base and are slid to a suitable position for permanent bolting of the steel frame posts by easy controls in use of respective feeding handles. A coupler connected to the steel frame post by a vice is coupled with a protruding bar provided at a top of the X-Y adjuster for temporarily holding the steel frame post.

    • In the thin set laying of stone or ceramic tile, tiles are set by floating them over a uniformly applied screed of adhesive applied to a level substrate. In this invention combination spacing/levelling devices are used to equally space the corners of adjacent tiles and to maintain them at an equal elevation over the adhesive and substrate. The spacer/leveller device may comprise spacing fins and a guide for maintaining the corner of adjacent tiles flush while mortar is setting. The device works as a guide to facilitate level installation with uniform grout joints and it becomes part of the permanent fabric of the installation. Tiles are temporally supported by spacer/levellers at each corner (while adhesive is drying) and by virtue of the spacer/leveller design they are automatically flush to each other with equal joint spaces separating them. The invention substantially reduces the dependence on the skill of the tile layer to space tiles equally and set them on the same horizontal plane.

    • A system is provided for heating non-metallic material or a discrete layer of the non-metallic material. Microwave energy is introduced into an enclosure defining a first cavity and capable of substantially containing the microwave energy. A semiconductive sheet is positioned at the bottom of the first cavity. Thermal insulation overlies the semiconductive sheet. A second cavity is defined by the undersurface of the semiconductive sheet and flexible microwave shielding in the form of a skirt which is attached to, and depends from, the enclosure. The flexible shielding is composed of a material which also substantially contains the microwave energy. The semiconductive sheet is effective to convert some of the microwave energy into thermal energy and to transmit the thermal energy into the second cavity while transmitting the remainder of the microwave energy directly to the discrete layer, thereby rapidly heating the discrete layer. The system includes a carriage with a handle for moving the apparatus across a surface of the non-metallic material and for adjusting the height of the semiconductive sheet above the surface of the non-metallic material.
