摘要： A transformer includes a first electrical conductor, a second electrical conductor and a core. The second electrical conductor is electromagnetically coupled with the first electrical conductor. The second electrical conductor includes at least one multilayer spiral coil, which is formed by winding a conductive wire and has a through hole at its central portion. Both ends of the conductive wire extend outward from a periphery of the multilayer spiral coil. The core penetrates through the through hole and covers at least one portion of the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor.

First and second touching surfaces, which are parts of a downside surface of the second flange, touch an upside surface of the printed circuit board.

The component coil includes a substrate having an insulating layer of material having top and bottom surfaces. First and second traces are included on the top and bottom surfaces. Each trace includes a spiral conductor. The inner ends of the spiral conductors are connected by a conductor that passes through the insulating layer. The first and second spiral conductors are oriented such that magnetic fields generated by the first and second spiral conductors have components perpendicular to the top surface and in the same direction. The component coils can be used to construct a power transformer or a galvanic isolator.

摘要： Since there exists a draw-out portion of a triple insulated wire in a winding structure of a transformer in which the triple insulated wire is used as a secondary winding, the thickness of the transformer is increased by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter of the draw-out portion. Further, when reduction of the thickness of the transformer is prioritized, the secondary winding can be provided only on one side, making it impossible to achieve the sandwich structure. Thus, the coupling between the primary and secondary windings has been sacrificed.An inductance part provided with a magnetic core, two or more sheet coils, and a winding includes: a bobbin constituted by at least two or more sheet coils; and a winding formed by winding a triple insulated wire between the two or more sheet coils constituting the bobbin. A triple insulated wire draw-out portion on the center side of the winding is drawn out to one outer surface side of the bobbin.
