    • An electronically controlled electromechanical valve having at least three ports through which a fluid can flow and at least three different stable positions in which at least 2 ports are in fluid communication. The valve includes a stationary outer housing including at least three bores, a rotating inner section that rotates about an axis and includes bores defining, with the bores of the housing, the at least three ports of the valve, and an electrical actuating system controlled by an electronic controller and configured to switch the valve from one position to another by rotating the inner section about its axis.     • A multi-port valve device to divert flow of a fluid from a piggable transfer pipe line into a branch pipeline, and simultaneously prevent a line clearing device (known as a pig or cleaning sphere) from flowing with that fluid into the branch pipeline. This device can operate in a least two positions; one that will allow unobstructed flow of a fluid and/or pigs through the device, and at least one other position that will divert flow of a fluid through the device to a branch port and simultaneously present an in-line barrier to stop a pig. In a preferred embodiment, the device resembles a customized “T-port” ball valve where the “branch” flow path is modified to include an integral pig stop.

    • It is an object of the present invention to provide a changeover valve which is capable of preventing granular material from being crushed when the granular material is transported by gas through a pipe system, and more particularly a changeover valve which is capable of preventing grain from being crushed, broken, and chipped when the grain such as rice is transported by gas through the pipe system. It is another object of the present invention to provide a gas transportation pipe system for grain to which the changeover valve is applied. The changeover valve according to the present invention comprises: a valve disc in a cylinder shape including on a side part thereof a through passage which is connected to transportation passages on an upstream side and a downstream side and which is in an eccentric position deviated from a center of the cylinder; a casing for rotatably accommodating the valve disc therein; and a pair of discharge passages which are provided in the casing and connected to the through passage of the valve disc, and an inside diameter of an introducing passage of the changeover valve at an output end thereof is smaller than an inside diameter of the through passage of the valve disc and an inside diameter of the introducing passage in an output side part has a shape gradually decreasing in size toward the downstream side while an inside diameter of each of the pair of the discharge passages at an input end thereof is larger than the inside diameter of the through passage of the valve disc and an inside diameter of each of the pair of the discharge passages in an input side part has al shape gradually increasing in size toward the upstream side.

    • The present invention relates to a chemical sprayer that includes a chemical passage, a carrier fluid passage, a vent passage, a valve chamber and a valve. The valve is moveably positioned within the valve chamber and defines at least partially a first passage and a second passage that can be selectively placed in communication with the chemical and chemical fluid passages. The valve also includes one or more seal portions positioned on the valve so as to block [both] a vent passage, the chemical or the carrier fluid passages when said valve is in the closed position. The second passage also preferably forms at least in part an outlet of the sprayer head assembly. A suction generating surface is also preferably defined by the valve.

    • An apparatus for controlling the flow of fluids between a main conduit and a plurality of secondary conduits includes a valve body having a wall defining a cylindrical bore, the wall having a plurality of ports in respective flow communications with the main conduit and the secondary conduits, and a valve element rotatably disposed within the cylindrical bore of the valve body. The valve element and valve body cooperate to permit fluid flow between the main conduit and a selected one of the secondary conduits by rotating the valve element to align the openings of the channel and the flow paths relative to the ports.
