    • A check link assembly for positioning a vehicle closure has a selectively positionable detent feature. The check link assembly includes an elongated link having a distal end. At least one cover is attachable to the link in a first orientation and in a second orientation. The cover has a first end, a second end, and a contoured surface between the first end and the second end. At least one member is biased against the link and is configured to ride against the contoured surface of the cover. The contoured surface at least partially defines a detent feature that interferes with the biased member to increase resistance to relative movement of the link and the biased member, thereby establishing a stop position. The detent feature is further from the distal end of the link when the cover is in the first orientation than when the cover is in the second orientation.

    • A latch jamb security plate in combination with a doorjamb having a front side facing a door opening and a back side opposite the front side. The doorjamb is formed with a latch aperture therethrough for receiving a retractable door latch.     • A door latch actuator includes a cage fixedly attached to a first surface and a torque plate coupled to the cage for rotation about a spindle axis. The torque plate includes a first engagement portion. An input member is rotatable about the spindle axis between a rest position and an actuated position. The input member has an actuator axis that is normal to the spindle axis. A spindle is coupled to the input member and includes a second engagement portion that is selectively engageable with the first engagement portion. The spindle is movable between an engaged position in which the torque plate holds the spindle and the input member in the rest position, and a disengaged position in which the spindle and the input member are movable with respect to the torque plate to change the orientation of the actuator axis when the input member is in the rest position.

    • The invention relates to an electromagnetic doorlock with button detection and power saving device comprises an electromagnet assembly and a corresponding adsorption assembly. The electromagnet assembly is connected to a button detection module and the adsorption assembly has a pressing member to abut the button detection module. When the door is closed, the electromagnet assembly with electromagnetic attraction attracts the adsorption assembly and the pressing member presses the button detection module. That is, the electromagnetic doorlock usually stays in a low-energy attraction state; however, when the button detection module is triggered, the electromagnetic doorlock returns to a normal lock state for achieving power saving effect and control of the external force detection improvement.

    • A combination door latch and deadbolt assembly that has first and second configurations for use with a door having a deadbolt aperture and a latchbolt aperture spaced by either a first vertical distance or a second vertical distance. The second vertical distance is less than the first vertical distance. In the first configuration, an insert slide is connected to an interconnect slide for vertical movement with the interconnect slide and the interconnect slide is operably connected to a deadbolt assembly via the insert slide. The insert slide and interconnect slide are movable vertically to move a deadbolt from an extended position to a retracted position in response to movement of an interior actuator from a first position to a second position. In the second configuration, the interconnect slide is operably connected to the deadbolt assembly without the insert slide.
