The dispensing pipe is connected to the hopper and is configured for dispensing the materials in the hopper to a predetermined position. The sensor is arranged adjacent to the dispensing pipe and is configured for detecting an amount of the materials loaded in the dispensing pipe. The scraper is arranged in the dispensing pipe and is configured for removing the materials remained on the inner wall of the dispensing pipe by scraping the inner wall of the dispensing pipe. The driving mechanism is configured for driving the scraper to rotate in the dispensing pipe and scrape along the inner wall of the dispensing pipe.

摘要： A method of injection moulding a plastics container 1 having wall(s) 2 of substantially uniform thickness using an injection mould 10 with an unsupported core 12 is disclosed. A small sliver 17 is removed from the free end of the core 12 of the mould 10 from that side of the wall which is thinnest. As a consequence on the next injection more plastic flows in that direction. Repeated optical inspection of the containers enables a balance to be achieved in which slightly asymmetric injection conditions are balanced by a slightly asymmetric container base with the result being a container with substantially uniform wall thickness.

摘要： A resin leak detector includes a pressure sensor element and a leak determination unit. The pressure sensor element detects a pressure in a case cavity. That is, when resin leaks into a space between an upper circuit case and a lower circuit case, the pressure in the case cavity decreases temporarily. The decrease of the pressure in the case cavity is detected by the pressure sensor element based on comparison between a detected pressure and a predetermined lower limit. The resin leak into the upper and lower circuit case is detected without cutting an outer case of an electronic device such as an acceleration sensor or the like.

A molding machine control apparatus includes an injection apparatus having an injection nozzle; a mold apparatus; a mold-clamping apparatus; a plasticization-moving apparatus; mode-setting processing means which sets, on the basis of a state of a post-process machine, one of a normal mode for operating the molding machine in accordance with a normal molding cycle and a cycle extension mode for operating the molding machine in accordance with a molding cycle longer than the normal molding cycle; and cycle-extension processing means which extends the molding cycle when the cycle extension mode is set by increasing a time between start of the plasticization retreat and completion of the plasticization advancement, from that in the case where the normal mode is set.

A deceleration distance D the injection screw moves from the point where the injection operation has been stopped at the current moment to be decelerated by maximum deceleration till the point where the injection speed is reduced to zero is determined from a corrected deceleration in which the amount of correction α is added to a predetermined deceleration A inherent in the machine and the read injection speed Va. The determined deceleration distance D is multiplied by the amount of change in injection pressure with respect to the amount of change in the injection screw position to determine a predicted increment in pressure (D·ΔP/ΔX). The predicted increment in pressure is added to the current injection pressure Pa to determine an injection pressure Pa* predicted when the screw is suddenly decelerated at the current moment. If the predicted injection pressure Pa* exceeds the predetermined limit pressure Pmax, the injection operation is stopped to decelerate the screw.

The active material element may be configured to sense a force between the first surface and the second surface, and to generate corresponding sense signals. Transmission structure is coupled to the active material element and is configured to carry the sense signals. Preferably, an active material element actuator is also disposed between the first surface and a second surface, and is configured to provide an expansive force between the first surface and a second surface in accordance with the sense signals. The method and apparatus may be used to counter undesired deflection and/or misalignment in an injection mold.
