摘要： A system and method for producing multiple syngas products. In one embodiment (FIG. 5) a syngas producing system (200) includes a gasifier (210) and a hydrocarbon steam reformer (226). The gasifier (210) is configured to react a solid or liquid carbonaceous material (212) and provide a first syngas product (222). The reformer (226) is coupled to receive sensible heat from the first syngas product (222) and drive an endothermic reaction in which a second syngas product (238) is produced from a liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon supply (150). In a method of processing fuel, a solid or liquid carbonaceous material (212) is provided to a gasifier (210) in the form of a slurry, which is converted into a first syngas product (222) in an exothermic reaction. A liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon supply (150) receives sufficient sensible heat generated during the exothermic reaction to convert the liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon supply (150) into a second syngas product (238).

摘要： Provided is a plant for the continuous production of monosilane and tetrachlorosilane by catalytic dismutation of trichlorosilane, wherein the plant contains: a countercurrent reactor having a double wall, a catalyst bed containing a catalyst which is located in the countercurrent reactor, a condenser at the top of the countercurrent reactor, a vaporizer unit at the bottom of the countercurrent reactor, a trichlorosilane feed line for the introduction of trichlorosilane into the countercurrent reactor, a heat exchanger, with the trichlorosilane conveyed by line via the heat exchanger and preheated there by a bottom product from the vaporizer unit and, for this purpose, the bottom product is fed by line via the heat exchanger into the double wall at a level in the lower part of the countercurrent reactor and discharged from the double wall at a level in the upper part of the countercurrent reactor, a condensation unit downstream of the condenser, and a distillation column having an outlet for monosilane.

摘要： A process for the multistage polymerization of olefins in a sequence of an upstream slurry reactor and a downstream gas-phase reactor, the transfer of polymer from the upstream reactor to the downstream reactor comprising the following steps: a) heating the slurry of polyolefin particles to evaporate the liquid polymerization medium; b) separating the polyolefin particles from the obtained gaseous phase in at least a separation chamber; c) transferring the polyolefin particles to said downstream reactor by means of a couple of lock hoppers working intermittently in parallel, where one of said lock hoppers is continuously filled with the polymer coming from said separation chamber, while simultaneously the other one is continuously pressurized by means of a gas comprising the reaction mixture coming from said downstream reactor.

摘要： A process and apparatus for preparing a synthesis gas suitable for feeding to a suitable hydrocarbon production reactor, such as a Fischer Tropsch reactor is described. According to one aspect, the process and apparatus utilize heat exchangers that thermally integrate the reaction steps such that heat generated by exothermic reactions, e.g., combustion, are arranged closely to the heat sinks, e.g., cool methane, water and air, to minimize heat loss and maximize heat recovery. Effectively, this thermal integration eliminates excess piping throughout, reduces initial capital and operating costs, provides built-in passive temperature control, and improves synthesis gas production efficiencies.

摘要： Process for heating a polymer-containing stream being transferred from a polymerization reactor to a degassing vessel operating at a pressure between 6 bara and 12 bara. The process includes passing the stream through a heater comprising a transfer line for the stream and a device for heating the transfer line. The ratio of the stream velocity at the outlet of the heater to that at the inlet, Vo/Vi, is at least 1.1, typically between 1.2 and 4, and the total specific heat transfer area of the transfer line is at least 0.5 m2 per tonne/h of production of polymer. The pressure drop across the length of the heater is less than 0.5 bar per tonne/h of polymer, such that at least 90 mol % of the hydrocarbon fluids withdrawn from the polymerization reactor operation are vaporized before entry into the degassing vessel.

摘要： A method for surface crosslinking water-absorbing resin of the present invention includes a step (1) of obtaining a wet mixture, a step (2) of obtaining a dried particulate composition, and a step (3) of carrying out a surface crosslinking reaction. With this, since a processing time of each step becomes short, it is possible to mass produce the water-absorbing resin having excellent physical properties. Moreover, a method for manufacturing the water-absorbing resin of the present invention includes a modifying step and a cooling step. The modifying step and/or the cooling step are/is carried out by using stirring means including a rotation axis having a plurality of stirring boards, and the stirring means includes the stirring board having a specific thickness and/or a scraping blade having a specific shape. With this, it is possible to suppress the generation of the fine powder in the modifying step and/or the cooling step.
