    • A high frequency switch, has a transmitting terminal; a receiving terminal; an antenna terminal; a first diode having an anode electrically connected to the transmitting terminal and a cathode electrically connected to the antenna terminal; a second diode having an anode connected through a transmission line of ¼ wavelength to the antenna terminal which is electrically connected to the receiving terminal, and having the side of a cathode grounded; and a control terminal provided to a node between the transmitting terminal and the first anode, wherein the first and second diodes have a tradeoff relationship between ON resistance thereof and capacitance between the anode and the cathode, and the ON resistance of the first diode is lower than the ON resistance of the second diode, and the capacitance of the second diode in the OFF state is smaller than the capacitance of the first diode in the OFF state.

    • A half-wavelength resonator type high frequency filter has N half-wavelength resonators (where N is an integer not smaller than 2); an input terminal; an output terminal; first matching part for matching the first of the resonators to the input terminal; second matching part for matching the N-th of the resonators to the output terminal; and (N−1) interstage coupling part for coupling the resonators with one another, and wherein excitation positions of the first of the resonators and the N-th of the resonators are displaced from the center positions of the respective resonators toward an end thereof, and at least one of the interstage coupling part is electrically connected to its associated resonators at positions other than both ends thereof.

    • A piezoelectric filter is one not changing in the holding position of resonator in spite of impulse, small in the number of parts, easy to assemble from one direction, small, thin, and stable in characteristic. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, on electrode patterns on a package 10 forming wiring electrode patterns 11, holding protrusions 13 for holding resonators, and partition boards 14 for positioning resonators, a rectangular plate type piezoelectric resonators 12 are adhered with conductive adhesive. The rectangular plate type piezoelectric resonators 12 and the package 10 are adhered and reinforced from above with a vibration absorbing member 15, and wiring is formed from above the resonators by a wire bonding 16, thereby wiring resonators in a ladder form. Or, as shown in FIG. 11, after forming electrode patterns 102 on a piezoelectric substrate 101, a rectangular plate resonator 104 is cut out from a piezoelectric substrate 101 by laser in a shape consecutive to the piezoelectric substrate 101 by the node of length expander mode, and the piezoelectric substrate 101 is enclosed by a spacer 106 and a sheet 107 from above and beneath.
