摘要： A paper guide up unit pivotally supporting a transport driven roller making contact with a transport driving roller is provided so as to be able to be displaced by the rotation of cams. The angle α made by a straight line passing the rotation axis line position of the transport driving roller and the rotation axis line position of the transport driven roller when viewed from the paper transport pathway side and a straight perpendicular to the paper transport direction is changed by the displacement of the paper guide up unit. Control means for controlling the displacement operation of the paper guide up unit reduces the angle α before the paper back end is passed through the nip point of the transport driving roller and the transport driven roller.

摘要： A printing medium feeding device includes: a driving roller having a roller circumferential surface coming in contact with a printing medium to apply a feeding force to the printing medium around a core line of a rotation shaft and rotating to feeding the printing medium downstream;a driven roller in contact with the driving roller and following the rotation thereof; a shaft supporting member supporting the rotation shaft at least at two supporting positions; and a regulation unit regulating a core position of the rotation shaft between the two supporting positions at which the rotation shaft is supported by the shaft supporting member, wherein the regulation unit has a pressing surface coming in contact with the rotation shaft from the upstream side or the downstream side of the rotation shaft, and wherein the core position of the rotation shaft at the position of the regulation unit is located by the pressing surface to be more downstream than a straight line passing through the core positions of the rotation shaft at the two supporting positions when the pressing surface comes in contact with the rotation shaft from the upstream side, and the core position of the rotation shaft at the position of the regulation unit is located to be more upstream than the straight line when the pressing surface comes in contact with the rotation shaft from the downstream side.

摘要： A fuel cell system has a plurality of fuel cells stacked in one or more groups of fuel cells. Each fuel cell includes a fuel electrode supplied with fuel gas at a fuel gas supply pressure, an oxidizing electrode supplied with oxidizing gas at an oxidizing gas supply pressure, and an electrolyte membrane disposed between the fuel electrode and the oxidizing electrode. A pressure-difference control unit generates a pressure difference across the membrane such that the fuel gas supply pressure is greater than the oxidizing gas supply pressure in each fuel cell, a cell-voltage measuring device measures a cell voltage for each fuel cell or each group of fuel cells in the fuel cell stack, and a leakage determination unit determines the presence or absence of a leaking cell based on the behavior of the cell voltage of each fuel cell while the pressure difference is increased with time.

摘要： Disclosed herein are an electrically conductive resinous composition composed mainly of an electrically conductive carbon powder and a binding agent, wherein said binding agent is a mixture of a thermoplastic resin and a carbodiimide compound, a fuel cell separator and a process for production thereof, and polymer electrolyte fuel cell. The present invention permits efficient mass production of fuel cell separators having high elasticity, good releasability, good dimensional accuracy, and good gas impermeability. The polymer electrolyte fuel cell, in which all or part of separators are those pertaining to the present invention, is immune to the cracking of separators at the time of assembling, decreases only a little in output after continuous operation, and exhibits good gas sealing performance and high impact resistance.
