摘要： A hard disk assembly includes a tray, a bracket, and a carrier. The tray includes plural protrusions. The bracket is disposed on the tray for fastening a hard disk device. The bracket includes a bracket body having plural slots thereon, and plural pins disposed on opposite sides of the bracket body. The slots are respectively engaged with the protrusions. The pins are disposed between the bracket and the tray. The carrier is pivotally connected to the tray. The carrier includes two ribs. Each rib has a curved surface for touching and pulling the pins. Therefore the bracket can be slidably moved on the tray along the slots.

The sliding member is movable along a first axis that is parallel to the base plane. The handle is movable along a second axis that is perpendicular to the base plane. The sliding member has a ramp surface and a wedge surface. The handle has a mating wedge surface. The ramp surface and the wedge surface are angularly oriented relative to the base plane. The ramp surface is angled to receive a first force, which is perpendicular relative to and directed towards the base plane. In response to the first force, the sliding member moves along the first axis and the wedge surface moves towards the mating wedge surface. The wedge surface moving towards the mating wedge surface causes a second force to deploy.
