摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous-electrolyte battery that exhibits high charge/discharge performance, i.e. high input/output performance, over a long period of time. This nonaqueous-electrolyte battery, in which a nonaqueous electrolyte and a group of electricity-generation elements that each have a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator that isolates said positive electrode and negative electrode are sealed inside a battery case, is characterized in that the negative electrodes contain graphite having an edge/surface ratio (fe), as defined by the following equation, of 0.03-0.1. fe=(2B/La+T/d002)/(2B/d100+T/d002). In this equation, B represents the mean grain diameter of the graphite, T represents the grain thickness, La represents the a-axis crystallite size, d002 represents the spacing between (002) planes, and d100 represents the spacing between (100) planes.

摘要： An image processing program (GP) attains (S10) time lapse images, extracts (S20) a cell aggregation from each of the obtained images, and calculates (S50), for the entire region of the cell aggregation, the spatial distribution in pixel values and temporal change in pixel values of a small region in the extracted cell aggregation. The program determines (S70) the state of change of the cell aggregation toward becoming multi-layered, on the basis of the calculated spatial distribution and time lapse change of pixel values, and outputs (S80) the results of the determination. The image processing program (GP) is configured so as to determine and output, from time lapse images, the state of change of the cell aggregation toward becoming multi-layered.

摘要： An image processing program obtains a first image and a second image taken by an imaging device at a predetermined time interval; performs block matching, using the luminance distribution of a local region of the first image as a standard, in a vicinity including the corresponding position of the second image, taking the degree of approximation of the region with the highest degree of matching as a representative degree of approximation, sequentially moving the local region, and calculating the representative degree of approximation for individual parts of the cell aggregation; and outputting multi-layering information corresponding to the calculated representative degree of approximation. The image processing program outputs multi-layering information by which the state of change of the cell aggregation toward becoming multi-layered can be decided from the first and second images.

摘要： A wedge-shaped tilt provider is attached in contact with the bottom surface of a seat and the upper surface of a seat connection member of a rocking mechanism to set the seat to an initial inclined position relative to a reference position. By setting the seat to a forwardly inclined position from a horizontal position where the seated surface of the seat is set horizontal, the user straddling the seat can increase the amount of muscle activity of his or her rectus muscle of abdomen, or abdominal muscle. Further, by setting the seat to a rearwardly inclined position, the user straddling the seat can increase the amount of muscle activity of his or her back muscle such as paraspinal muscle. With use of a rocking type exercising apparatus having the above construction, a stress of exercise simulating horseback riding is given to the user by changing the position of the seat relative to the reference position by a certain degree of inclination, while rocking the seat which the user straddles, whereby the user is selectively provided with an exercising effect onto a specific site of his or her body.
