The IPTV receiving system according to present invention comprises a signal receiving unit for receiving an IPTV signal including respective scalable video streams for IPTV services of a plurality of layers including a base layer and at least one enhancement layer, the respective scalable video streams of the plurality of layers having different identifiers and program table information for the scalable video streams, a demodulating unit for demodulating the respective scalable video streams of the plurality of layers and the program table information of the received IPTV signal, a demultiplexer for identifying and outputting the demodulated video stream of the base layer with reference to the demodulated program table information and identifying and outputting the demodulated video stream of at least one enhancement layer, and a decoder for performing video decoding on a video stream of at least one layer identified and outputted by the demultiplexer.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of processing data in digital broadcasting system. The method includes receiving a broadcast signal including mobile broadcast service data and main broadcast service data, wherein the mobile broadcast service data configures a data group, wherein the data group is divided into a plurality of regions, wherein N number of known data sequences are inserted in some regions among the plurality of regions, and wherein a transmission parameter is inserted between a first known data sequence and a second known data sequence, among the N number of known data sequences, detecting the transmission parameter from the mobile broadcast service data, controlling power based upon the detected transmission parameter, thereby receiving a data group including requested mobile broadcast service data, extracting video data from the mobile broadcast service data and decoding the extracted video data, the decoding step comprising performing overlap smoothing on the video data and performing loop filtering on the overlap-smoothed video data.

摘要： A digital broadcasting system and a method of processing data are disclosed. A receiving system of the digital broadcasting system may include a signal receiving unit, a demodulating unit, a demultiplexer, and an audio/video decoder. The signal receiving unit receives a broadcast signal including main service data and an RS frame including a plurality of MPH service data packets. The demodulating unit demodulates data of the RS frame. The demultiplexer identifies an MPH service data packet including an IP datagram of mobile service data with reference to an MPH header of each MPH service data packet in the RS frame, and when a stuffing data is inserted in the identified payload of MPH service data packet, removes the stuffing data from the payload and separates an audio and video data from IP datagram of the mobile service data of the payload, and outputs the separated audio and video data.

摘要： The present invention discloses a receiving system and a method of processing data to receiving and processing mobile service data. The receiving system may include a signal receiving unit, a demodulating unit, a data processor, and a middleware engine. The signal receiving unit receives a broadcasting signal, which includes IP packets, payload of the IP packets including a DSM-CC module data part and a DSM-CC header, the DSM-CC module data part including a plurality of DSM-CC objects, and the DSM-CC header including identification information for identifying the DSM-CC module. The demodulating unit demodulates the received broadcasting signal including IP packets. The data processor extracts a plurality of DSM-CC objects of a corresponding payload with reference to DSM-CC header information of the IP packets demodulated by the demodulating unit and configuring a DSM-CC module, which includes identification information and the extracted DSM-CC objects. The middleware engine provides a data broadcasting service by driving application corresponding to the DSM-CC module.
