The first substantially-U-shaped element is provided in a manner that a conductive-film-side line is arranged adjacent to the end edge of the conductive film, a tip of the conductive-film-side line is connected with a substantially-orthogonal line, and another tip of the substantially-orthogonal line is connected with a flange-side line arranged adjacent to the flange opening edge.

摘要： In the interior of a brake drum, the arrangement space in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum is spacious in comparison with that in the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction in which an anchor portion, hub components on the vehicle body side and the like are arranged. An electric parking brake device is provided with the anchor portion that supports respective one ends of brake shoes. A parking lever is pivotally moved by a drive unit operated by an electric motor for pushing the brake shoes toward the brake drum. The anchor portion and the drive unit are arranged to be piled up in the rotational axis direction of the brake drum which is spacious in comparison with the direction orthogonal to the rotational axis direction.

According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of ceramic slurry at least comprising a ceramic powder and a binder resin solution, wherein a high-pressure dispersing treatment of the ceramic powder and a lacquer for preliminary addition, which is a part of the binder resin solution, is carried out so that a shearing rate is set to 1×107 to 1×108 [1/sec] to prepare a preliminary slurry, and at least a lacquer for post-addition, which a high-pressure dispersing treatment is not applied, is added to the preliminary slurry which a high-pressure dispersing treatment is applied.

摘要： A thick film green sheet slurry, a production method of thick film green sheet slurry, a production method of a thick film green sheet, a thick film green sheet and a production method of an electronic device are provided; by which coating of a relatively thick film becomes possible, a sheet formed after coating has excellent cutting property (strength capable of being cut), and a sheet having high air permeability, excellent handleability and a high adhesive force can be formed. In the present invention, a thick film green sheet slurry comprises a ceramic powder, a binder resin including a butyral based resin as the main component, and a solvent: wherein the solvent includes a good solvent for letting the binder resin dissolved well therein and a poor solvent having lower solubility to the binder resin comparing with that of the good solvent; and the poor solvent is included in a range of 30 to 60 wt % with respect to the entire solvent. The good solvent is alcohol, and the poor solvent may be toluene, xylene, mineral spirit, benzyl acetate, solvent naphtha, etc.
