    • A computer program is disclosed including but not limited to instructions to input an initial description of a data format and a batch of data comprising data in a new data format not covered by the initial description, instructions to use the first description to parse the records in the data source, instructions to discard records in the input data that parse successfully, instructions to collect records that fail to parse, instructions to accumulate a quantity, M of records that fail to parse, instructions to return a modified description that extends the initial description to cover the new data, instructions to transform the first description, D into a second description D′ to accommodate differences between the input data format and the first description D by introducing options where a piece of data was missing in the input data and introducing unions where a new type of data was found in the input data; and instructions to use a non-incremental format inference system such as LEARNPADS to infer descriptions for the aggregated portions of input data that did not parse using the first description D.

    • The disclosure details the implementation of apparatuses, methods, and systems for a cross-border Payment Facilitation Engine. Through its various components, the cross-border Payment Facilitation Engine creates new markets by generating and facilitating payment. In one embodiment, the Engine manages the transaction by: creating a transaction “template” based on transaction information, alerting the buyer to potential problem areas, and updating of important upcoming dates and actions, and handling payment arrangements. The Engine creates all the required documents, manages payment instruments, integrates all events and parties, including the financial institutions, and allows parties to track the status of the payments on-line at any time. In one embodiment, the Engine provides the user with a template to ensure all pertinent information is detailed, so that payment responsibilities of the trading partners are clearly defined and transparent prior to engagement. The Engine has many numerous and revolutionary components to facilitate cross-border payment, such as, but not limited to: a payment matrix that employs interrelated rules and data sets pertinent to the exchange of payments and transfer of financial instrument as between seller, buyer and any intermediary financial institutions; an exchange facility which discerns differences in currency as between buyers and sellers and automatically render all financial transactions in the user's native currency. The Engine may also be equipped to manage fluctuations in exchange rates.

    • A system for referring a telephone communication to one of a plurality of financial assistance providers based on lender criteria, the method including the steps of: storing telephone numbers for a plurality of financial assistance providers in memory accessible by a digital electrical computer; obtaining lender criteria for selecting one of the financial assistance providers; storing said criteria for access by said computer; identifying a debtor; selecting one of the financial assistance providers by accessing the criteria, applying the criteria, and accessing one of the stored telephone numbers; and connecting the debtor by telephone to the one of the stored telephone numbers. The system can be used with an intermediary that detects referring information sufficient to identify a referrer identity, to select which one of several financial assistance providers to refer the inbound communication by using a computer to look up and to apply referral criteria responsive to the referrer identity, and to form and track the call referral.
